Yes it is. It works surprisingly well.

Yes. You have to go in to the mod matrix of the peak and make aftertouch control what ever you want and change pitchbend to match the Linnstrument. After that you should be fine.

Why did you pick the Linnstrument 128 over the full version?

I didn’t feel I needed the big one. I mostly use it to play melodies and solos so the 128 is perfect for me.
