Great video. Thanks for providing all the specs along with details that any bronco owner is looking for. Looking to lift my stock outer banks with a 2" kit and put 35" on it. Curious if it'd miss the upper control arm without an offset.
Nice stance! Beefier tires make a big difference. In California, tires can not extend outside of the fenders (to deter rock slinging on the public roadways). This job would have required extending the fenders with a plastic or rubber extension on each fender. Ford may sell these specifically for this Bronco, but I'm not sure on that...
the wife is now a car person. the bronco does look sweet have to see how they hold up but looks like a decent build I cant say much on the engine since I dont know much about it. Cheers!
Just picked up a base full size after having the Sport outer banks for a year. I'm currently shopping for 35's. I'm a big fan of BF goodrich K02's but your choice of tire is making me lean toward the Kenda's! So...just to confirm. I can do 35"s with no rubbing or lift needed as long as I have a 20 offset? I thought it was a 0 offset needed to get an aggressive poke? There are so many conflicting videos in regards to the offset for the Full size Bronco's. HELP!
Yes, zero rubbing with a plus 20. I cannot confirm that on a zero offset. The Kendas are great. I had a 33/12.50/20 on my Tundra for 10,000 miles and they were still like new. The KO2s are more expensive and seem to wear unevenly.

The wheels and tires on the bronco look amazing . Great pick they look so much better I love fuel wheels they really make any vehicles look way better.
Everybody make a big deal about removing the crash bars, but Ford is doing that very same thing for their Sasquatch package so I don't see any issue with that at all. Plus there's already an aftermark set of new crash bars that you can buy that works w/ 35 in wheels and allows for full articulation. Just add those and you'll be good.
I do have a question though... I'm looking to increase my tire size when my Outer Banks arrives in December. As far as the ECU rotation changes needed; would the shop do it for you or do you have to do it yourselves?
Wow those fit without a lift! I love this. My bug bend bronco is coming in 3 months. Same dimensions as yours. I’d also like to throw on these tires. I plan to go with a zero offset…which would make them poke out just a tad more. 1/2 inch or so more poke. Since the stock wheels for your bronco were 55m offset and the new fuel wheels were 20mm offset, wouldn’t it make sense that a 0 offset would push the tire toward the street, and still not cause any rubbing? I would think as long as your 20mm to zero offset you wouldn’t have rubbing issues? On the flip side going to ward positive offset closer to 55mm with new wheels may cause contact on inside. Is that true? I’d like 0 offset. Just a tad bit more poke. I will remove crash bars regardless.
Thanks Johnny, it came out better than expected! Not sure if zero offset would be too much with out at least a leveling kit. It may rub the edge of the front bumper. Do you have a build date for your Bronco? We waited a long time for ours.
@@PIPSBURGHVIEWS I ordered the modular bumper so I can take off end caps if rubbing occurs with 0 offset. I’ve seen other videos where there is no lift and the zero offset was fine with 35s. Sometimes the suspension compresses more under those conditions and you get rubbing or scrubbing on the plastic bumper even though everything looks perfect when the vehicle is just sitting there.
