I love seeing these concert clips. They take my mind off all the horrible things that are happening in the world. I need this respite. Thanks for sharing!
Holy Po@#$%*op! What a reverent rendition of KC. I pray Robert and Bill see this. Adrian and Tony are great as usual, but Steve and Danny really showed their chops here. I pray I get to see them on this tour. God bless all.
I was there - first dress circle for this show. Saw the original in NYC 40 years ago. I loved the show - Adrian and Tony especially and so happy they were able to put the BEAT tour together. Thanks for posting!!
Watching this after the DC indiscipline video upload from the same show. This vid really does his solo justice! Hearing the acoustics of the space and the crowd really adds to the performance.
Saw them in Detroit on Sunday night. Yes, it was incredible & blown away that songs would be played live. Love to Adrian Belew, because if not for him (and Tony Levin) this wouldn't have happened. I just wanted to stand up and dance for at least 3 numbers (Larks' Tongues.., Red, and Indisipline), but could not get the rest of crowd to!
I wasn't there. This, unfortunately, is as close as I will get. I did get to see KC a few years back in Philadelphia (what a show!). Thank you for the post!
I really like it. He’s reminding me of Hendrix. I don’t really know about guitar playing. Maybe it’s just his clothes lol. But his playing has this like wild/liberated quality but you can hear where it comes or what it grows out of. I don’t know how to explain it well. I’ve not really listened to a lot of Steve Vai but damn I feel like he shows us his soul here
@@benkelly7182 welcome to Steve Vai my man! You should listen to Steve Vai passion and warfare to get your first exposure to Vai. Thats his most legendary album.
I was on the floor seating so didn't see the light patterns on the stage. Outstanding show, #21 for them so they are rounded in to shape pretty well. Sky, Larks3 and Indiscipline were stand outs.
As having seen vai at few 3 tours, it was kind of humbling even to myself to see him take a back seat as a rhythm player most the time. And Danny, my favorite drummer, then with the crimson kingslol, it was such a great mix!
Just FYI ~ A couple of edits/audio dropouts ...Audio drop @ 42:13 ~ Edit @ 47:14.... Otherwise - Thank you so much for sharing this... I will not be able to see them live () so this is the next best thing!... TY!
thanks for this! I had great tickets for the Ft Lauderdale show and tested positive for Covid that morning. Seeing these clips is helping me heal with the trauma of missing that show.
It hasn't. I guess you didn't even watch the whole video, because his vocals on Matte Kudasai, Frame By Frame, Waiting Man, Three of a Perfect Pair, Neal and Jack and Me are all flawless. You missed out and are just doing a sour grapes routine. This was one of the best shows I have seen in years.
@@davidryan7386 It was fine for those of us who were there. He also did it for the closer Thela Hun Ginjeet. So what? He isn't trying to act like he is singing them. They are SPEAKING parts. Not singing. It's called narration, look it up.

Thanks Tommy.
Steve's Solo in Sheltering Sky Makes me tear with Joy!!!!!
The setlist is irreproachable. So much material from Three Of a Perfect Pair. I think Belew loves that album, and rightly so.
I can see Danny’s smile from all the way in the back. What a wholesome dude just playing music with his heros 🤘🤘

Dayum this is Badass! Loved these albums 💯🔥
Saw this show in Indy two days ago. One of the best shows I have ever seen. This music meant the world to me.
Great post - I was lucky enough to have great seats to their show at the Agora this past October.

Go see them it is King Crimson!!!
This is one of the most badass tours out there. I hope they come to New Zealand
Was thinking exactly the same thing… here I am in Saudi.. and THIS hits… I did see Crimson in the ‘80s though…
I saw them in october in NYC it was Magnificent !!!
They're doing such great work!
thank you for posting this 🙏
Another "I was there", similar seats but far right. Thanks for this; I really enjoyed it live.

I got to see this live; never thought I'd be able to, and it was amazing. I've been rewatching it ever since :D

I was front row center. It was a killer show. Thank you for posting this.
Thanks so much! It was a great show.

excellent ce live.
I was there too. I had a similar view from the left mezzanine.
I was there. Great show!
Surpassed my expectations for sure.
Grazieeee per aver fatto questo video 🙏😎👍👍👍
Vai just rewrote The Sheltering Sky. Brilliant.

I think he does a great job playing Fripps part, , with some Vai flair to it,
He’s a wizard on guitar
@benkelly7182 maybe you're just used to Fripp who is very measured and methodical.
Incredible show! I was there in the pit, 2nd row. Thanks for posting!
Phenomenal show at a beautiful venue. Thanks for sharing!
Indiscipline is absolute banger! Crowd was smashed )))
"Don't blame Danny, he didn't do anything" - Adrian Belew.

Thanks for posting. Looks great
Great music! And incredible performances
They really tore it up on Indiscipline! 🔥
I was there! I love it ! It was an incredible!

I was there fantastic!
Awesome
I saw them at the Beacon NY
Wow, they're pretty good. I live right down the street, didn't know a thing about it. Glad I came across this though.
so wanted to attend this show....
Three Of A Perfect Pair ❤️
Must have been amazing
I want to see this live
Thank you, from Brazil!

Almost the full show. What happened to the end of 'Lark's Tongue' and the beginning of 'Waiting Man?'
to be honest, there was a 20-30 second microphone malfunction

You have GOT to be joking!? You STILL believe in "Covid"? AND think you actually got it yesterday? There's no hope for some people!
timestamps please :)
Perfect band name 😂 the band sounds beat

TONE DEEF😂😂
It's a shame Adrian's voice has given out over time. Only natural, his guitar work is still legendary. What a legend.
A pre recorded vocal opener?!?!
Well, ok.
I wouldn't say it's given out.
@@TheZappawizard I wouldn't either. But I'm interested to see how he sounds by the tour's end. Can't be easy to sing this stuff for 65 shows....

Howwww.... It's soooo superficial here compared to the originals... Sorry but Adrian and Tony are very compleasant with their past in this group....
Tf did you want them to do... write new king crimson songs without robert fripp?
It is amazing what people will hate on these days. I was at this show and it was brilliant. Btw, compleasant isn't a word.

Don't listen if you don't like it
