Muichiro (無一郎) ‘s “mu(無)“ kanji means basically nothing or nil. “inefficiency(munou) “ writes 無能 in kanji (能 means basically ability) “ meaningless (muimi )” writes 無意味 in kanji (意味 means meaning) “Infinity (mugen) “ writes 無限 in kanji and 限 basically means have a limit or as much as possible. All these 3 words made up with 無 ( MU in Muichiro) but it mean differently depends on the kanji or the word after 無. I’m still learning English so sorry if my English was not correct. But I hope you guys can enjoy Demon slayer more with this a bit of knowledge.

it kinda makes sense when Muichiro said that he lost his parents when he was 10 years old and paused and later said that he was all alone when he was 11 yo, because apparently he had a twin and his twin brother died....this is just Muichiro regaining his lost memories gradually. Very sad backstory
We rewatched it and were able to catch a lot more from the dialogue and the details. It's an absolutely devastating backstory. I am glad we got to witness his awakening ❤️ thank you for watching 🙏

So sad to see the life of this two kids. But now Muichiro have his memories AND his sword!!! Also, I think the dialogue at the end of the episode is a direct continuation of the flashback. Muichiro grabbed his brother hand in the end of the flashback, and I think what we saw in the end are Yuichiro's last words to his brother.

You know I thought about why does every demon slayer have a bad story. I think its because many people don't know about demons so who would say I want to do this job without seeing and believing. Also if you do believe but haven't lost anyone who would be crazy enough to do it hearing a lot of slayers die. You almost have to have nothing left to lose. Also it's sad I thought about how Tokido is really Tanjiro but his brother and memory held him back. Imagine if he would have left with the lady on the first visit. He had natural talent and was strong for his size already. Even with memory loss and made Hashira in two months! lol Tokido wouldnt have lost his kindness and would of still felt the need to save people which would have made him even stronger faster. His mark came out as soon as he remembered what he lost and what his purpose was. Tokido's brother even called him the choosen one and said sorry for holding him back. The masters wife came to him his family for gods sake lol....I dunno just a thought.
