- The United States has been quietly sending long-range weapons to Ukraine which the country has reportedly used twice to hit Russian targets. The ATACMS can hit targets as far as 300km which means that Ukraine now has the ability to hit targets deep inside Russian territory and escalate the conflict.

Exactly. Also, why should America respects Russia's red line when Russia doesn't respect America's red line, i.e. not to launch a full-scale invasion of Ukraine? It is delusional to think that Russia would risk going to war with the combined forces of NATO, the world's most powerful military alliance, when its military has been hollowed out and it still can't even conquer one country.
