I was JUST there a couple days ago to ride after the refurb! The animatronics look a tad better, and Nell in the sawmill is ACTUALLY working after about 2 years. They also seemed to replaced the speaker for the scene where Dudley is riding horse, It sounds a lot better. They also fixed Horse’s hat movement in the cave scene. Really hope more progress with the animatronics is made
What's unfortunate is that the dialogue on the minecart scene hasn't been fixed yet, despite the track effect being fixed. I'm not sure why they turned off the dialogue of Snidely and Dudley on the lever because that speaker was working right before the hurricane hit. You'd expect them to keep track of that stuff but evidently the people in charge don't exactly know what they're doing. I'm just thankful that they decided to reopen it so quickly.
@@RipsawFallsFan THIS IS SO TRUE. Snidley and Nell’s minecart audio has been out for YEARS. and you’re right about the lever audio, they finally fixed it before the hurricane and the speaker is out again. Ripsaw is so inconsistent with maintenance, they FINALLY fixed nell’s movement in the sawmill, it’s been broken for YEARS. She’s finally moving again
@@MatthewtheHaunter Nell was moving when the ride first opened after COVID, also a little fun fact is that someone I know messaged Universal on Facebook and told them to turn the audio on for the lever scene. I should probably persuade them to do some actual work on the ride in person or online. Maybe they'll bring the trees back and the missing audio tracks that used to play in the queue. The Yukon theater used to have a 4-song loop before the other 3 tracks were removed and the first one just plays incessantly now.
@@RipsawFallsFan YES PLEASE. They absolutely NEED to bring the trees back. My dream in life to is to be a technician for this ride and bring everything back to its former glory. I swear nell was out longer, I do remember they removed her for a solid year for repair
@@RipsawFallsFan do you know how maintenance for ripsaw works? Like some things are broken for months on end, and some things are fixed randomly. Ripsaw has very inconsistent maintenance, it’s very interesting to me. I really hope to be a tech for this ride
The bullwinkle series is interesting because it either inspires really high budget or low budget attractions with nothing in the middle because of the nature of what it is
Great! thanks for filming this. I love the wacky/cartoony/old school feel to this ride. I lived in Orlando for a couple years and enjoyed going on this. I remember one time when there was hardly anyone else there (I think it was the period right after the Covid shutdown) and I rode over and over: so much fun! I always wore a poncho though. I'm not a huge fan of getting soaked.
This was a special feature edition. It's the Dudley Do-Right amusement park ride. But you'll see more of it some other time. I didn't count how many Dudley Do-Right cartoon episodes there were in particular.
I like how they stole the jail scene at the end from Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean. The villain is trying to get the keys from the squirrel just like the pirate is trying to get the keys from a dog.
Ur right on that! I went on this ride a week ago when I went to universal Orlando resort, and this was my 2nd ride I rode (my first ride I rode was spider man), and the ride is AMAZING, including popeye and bluto’s bilge rat barges. They’re both equally good. But from my perspective, i got more wet on popeye than Dudley.
This is my favorite ride of all time

Wow everything looks very colorful at night
I love your reaction, I literally have the same reaction everytime, such a great ride!!
I’ve never seen someone love this ride that much😳😂

This is my favourite water ride in Universal. It’s quite a silly, wildly-wacky and laughable ride!!

That guy can't record on the ride, it's illegal!
Yeah yeah, keep on yapping buddy 🙄
