Love it!!! I often get stuck throwing jabs and waiting for a opportunity to return combos. I spar but I pick more experienced guys to challenge myself and I usually only seem to land combo setups but never continuously.

Returning three strikes for one, what a good deal.

I would love to see a video of some techniques I can practice alone on a heavy bag, I do not always have access to a training partner but want to train as much as possible. I got a good deal on a traditional 100 lb heavy bag and would love to see some good drills for it. Thanks for the great videos!

Hey just wondering, I'm doing a bit of light sparring right now (less than a year experience). I just have trouble landing right straights. I always lean in which I know is bad because it's prone to counter. Plus how can I defend properly? I always feel like I'm really slow, before i slip or dodge a punch the punch has already landed.

Jovan...I'm not expert but I've become pretty good at slipping the punch. 3 tips: Stop looking at the opponents fist! Start being active by moving your head in a rhythm with your march constantly! Focus at the torso mid-chest if you are trying to read the punch. Those things helped me!!! Also practice your pivots brother!

Im 6 foot tall and i have problems closing distance, i know for my height should be easier but i simply don't know how to close range enough to connect punches and do some combos any advice?

+Fernando Ramírez use feints to make your opponent react and then it'll be easy to get inside. Other than that you can use the long guard to swarm your opponent and avoid taking too many punches to the head... that being said it does leave your body open a little bit.
