Mist ഗ്ലാസിന്റെ നടുക്ക് പിടിക്കുക എന്ന് പറയുന്ന ഈ സംഭവമാണ് ഞാൻ വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കുമ്പോൾ മിക്കവാറും വരാറുള്ളത്. ഇന്നലെ ഡ്രൈവ് ചെയ്യുന്ന സമയത്ത് വലിയ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടായിരുന്നു. രാത്രി മഴയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞ അതേ രീതിയിൽ AC set ചെയ്താണ് പൊതുവേ ഞാൻ ഓടിക്കാറുള്ളത്. എന്നാൽ പോലും mist മുഴുവനായും പോവില്ല. എനിക്കും same situation ഉണ്ടായി.. ഞാൻ ആലപ്പുഴ to കണ്ണൂർ യാത്രയിൽ ഇതേ പോലെ മഴ വന്നു... മിസ്റ്റ് അകത്തു പിടിച്ചിട്ട് എതിരെ ഒരു വണ്ടി വന്നാൽ ഒന്നും കാണാൻ പറ്റാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ആയിരുന്നു... വയ്പ്പർ ന്റെ കുഴപ്പം ആയിരിക്കും എന്ന് വച്ചിട്ട് രാവിലെ കട തുറന്നപ്പോൾ മാറ്റി.. അത് കൊണ്ട് കാര്യം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല... രാത്രി ആവുമ്പോൾ ഈ ഇതേ പോലെ വീണ്ടും വരാൻ തുടങ്ങി.. ഒരുപാട് ഷോപ്പിൽ കൊണ്ട് പോയി അവർ ആരും എങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു തന്നിട്ടില്ല... എനിക്കും കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട് ഗ്ലാസ്സിൽ ഒരു തരം oil ഉള്ളപോലെയാണ് ഫീൽ ചെയ്യുന്നത് മഴയത്ത് wiper ഇട്ടുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഒരു 4 5 sec ഒന്നും കാണാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല ഒരു മങ്ങൽ പിന്നെ അത് പോകും car service ന് കൊടുത്ത ശേഷമാണ് ഈ problem ഇത് സർവീസ് സെൻ്ററിൽ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ wiper blade complaint ആണെന്ന്

The windscreen is a sandwich with a film inside so that it helps not to shatter glass during a collision. It is in that area where the mist is forming as mentioned by Mr. Ragesh. Water vapor from the inside of the car is collected at the cooling coil and expelled outside such as done in a room ac. The humidity inside the car decreases and the air becomes dry. When the windows are opened, moist air from outside gets inside and this is what is collected and seen as mist on the inner side of the windshield. One heating and cooling cycle can remove this as explained. I just wanted to tell you about the science behind these phenomena.

Its impurities in windshield. When moisture adheres to it will create that look. Since its a microscopic layer wiping won't remove it. Heating will remove the moisture and it becomes transparent.. It will be there till u clean it thoroughly.. Moisture inside glass cant happen normally in an undamaged glass. Water or vapour cant enter glass until its broken.. സുഹൃത്തേ, വീഡിയോ വലിച്ചു നീട്ടി വെറുതേ സമയം കളയാതെ. വാഹനത്തിനുള്ളിലേ humidity കൂടുതലാവുമ്പോഴാണ് കാറിനുള്ളിലേ വായുവിൽ ഉളള watervapour mist ആയി comparatively കൂടുതൽ തണുത്ത പ്രതലമായ windshield ൽ പറ്റിപ്പിടിക്കുന്നത്. മഴക്കാലത്ത് ഗ്ളാസ് വേഗം തണുക്കുന്നതിനാലാണിത്. പറ്റിപ്പിടിച്ച mist നേ defrost/demist ചെയ്യുക എന്നതാണ് ശരിയായ process. അതായത് dehumidification. AC യുടെ തണുത്തവായു windshield ൽ തട്ടുമ്പോൾ dehumidifier ആയി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. അതായത് AC യുടെ വായു windshield ലേക്ക് ഒഴുക്കുക (partially ആയാലും മതി. Face + defog mode) എന്നതാണു ശരിയായ രീതി.
ചില കാലാവസ്ഥകളിൽ /സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ കാറിന്റേ AC യുടെ തണുപ്പിനേക്കാൾ പുറത്ത് windshield ൽ തണുപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാവും. അപ്പോൾ defoging നു ACയുടെ തണുപ്പ് മതിയാവാതേ വരും.
അപ്പോൾ കുറച്ചു സമയത്തേക്ക് A/C off ചെയ്ത് താല്കാലികമായി heater mode ലേക്ക് മാറ്റുക എന്നതേ നിവൃത്തിയുള്ളൂ. ഇത് water vapour ഗ്ളാസ്സിൽ പറ്റിപ്പിടിക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും തത്കാലം രക്ഷ തരുകയും, യാത്ര സുഗമമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. പക്ഷേ heater mode എപ്പോഴും കാറിനുള്ളിലേ humidity കൂട്ടുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുക എന്നതോർക്കുക. വീഡിയോയിൽ പറയുന്നപോലേ ഓടിച്ചാൽ AC cut off ആവാതെ മൈലേജ് കുറയുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
'Middle mist' എന്നത് mist അല്ല. വായുവിലൂടെ വരുന്ന Oil, diesel petrol, അതുപോലെ ബോഡി വാഷിംഗിൽ വരുന്ന സോപ്പിന്റേ കറകൾ etc.ആണ്.
Windshield washer, shampoo etc ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വാഹനം ഓടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുന്പ് ഗ്ളാസ്സിന്റേ അകത്തും പുറത്തും newsprint ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വ്യക്തമായി കഴുകിയാൽ പോവും.

Is there a position called in between glass? This is a normal problem which put all drivers at big risk. I felt that a very micro layer of water became freezed and that freezed ice is sticking on outside glass, this can be removed by rubbing hard on affected area with news paper like materials. Front ഗ്ലാസ് double ആണ്. ഒരു glass ന് പുറത്തു മറ്റൊരു glass ഒട്ടിച്ചു വെച്ചത്. അതുകൊണ്ട് ആക്‌സിഡന്റ്ൽ അത് ജനൽ glass പോലെ മുറിഞ്ഞു വീഴില്ല. Glass പൊട്ടിയാലും ഒട്ടി നിൽക്കും. അതിനിടക്ക് മിസ്റ്റ് പിടിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഈ പറഞ്ഞത് 30 second ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ മാറിക്കിട്ടും. പിന്നെയും വരുമ്പോൾ repeat ചെയ്യുക

എന്റെ ആദ്യ വണ്ടിയായ വാഗൺ Rൽ ഈ നടുക്ക് മിസ്റ്റ് പിടിക്കുന്ന പ്രശ്നം 7 വർഷം ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല. പക്ഷേ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ബ്രസയിൽ ആണ് ഇതാദ്യമായി അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത്. ചെറിയ മഴയുള്ള രാത്രിയിൽ വൈപ്പ് ചെയ്തു വരുമ്പോൾ ഓയിൽപാട പോലെ വന്നു ഗ്ലാസ്സ് മൂടും, രണ്ടു മൂന്നു സെക്കൻഡിനകം അതു മാറും. വീണ്ടും വൈപ്പ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഇതു തന്നെ അവസ്ഥ. ഒന്നും കാണാൻ പറ്റില്ല.
കുറേ പരീക്ഷണം ഞാനും നടത്തി നോക്കി. അവസാനം ഗ്ലാസ്സ് ഇടക്കിടെ പോളീഷ് ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയും രാത്രിയിൽ മഴയുള്ളപ്പോൾ ടെമ്പറേച്ചർ 24°C ന് മുകളിൽ സെറ്റ് ചെയ്യാനും തുടങ്ങിയതിൽ പിന്നെ ഈ പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ല. ഈ വീഡിയോ നേരത്തേ കാണാൻ പറ്റിയുമില്ല.

Thank you bro for sharing. This is common. i felt is common for celerio and other cars. i am also using a celerio car. my experience on the mist you mentioning that is inside the glass. Actually it was not inside the glass. for me it was some kind of sticky mist on the glass. , when I wiped with tissue paper from out side the glass at driver side it got disappeared but i had to wipe it for minimum 2min multiple times time. but at passenger side it remained same. then i mixed a windshield liquid solution in the wiper water tank then cleaned it , the complete mist got cleared, after that for couple of days when i was riding in rain i dint face the issue. i doubt how the mist is coming inside the glass . technically its not clear to me. because multi layer of glass with some polymer sheets are sandwiched where there no gap for mist to generate. . so confused when you say it was inside. some time i might be wrong. just shared my thoughts. My doubt is that will the car show any sign on the information cluster for service like in the two wheeler when particular km comes it will show. My last service was done at 23k km was supposed to do at 20k. Maruti suzuki brezza. Please reply. I am asking thus because thus car is bought second hand so I don’t know wether before it shows any warnings at particular km. Because my nexon shows a spanner sign when it due for service.
