Put simply, once you have taken your address position, I want you to swing back and then start the downswing with a smooth turn of your hips. This action will pull everything back down and through the ball and allow you to have a very automatic action through impact. Don't interfere with your hands, just keep them quiet and passive and simply trust your big muscles to provide the necessary power. This technique can be very reliable, especially when you need it most, under pressure.
