I am so jealous of your manga collection! I really only have five manga series that I keep on my shelves. I have the original Fruits Basket novels as well, but I definitely agree about Fruits Basket Another...it just feels like a missed opportunity.
I also did an unhaul recently and I feel so much better about having space for books I am genuinely excited to read and own. Great unhual, Shae, and same, I also unhauled the Grisha trilogy as I knew I would never revisit it! Looking forward to an updated shelf tour from you 😊
I can't unhaul since here not many buy manga, but it will fun to use pages from manga I'd unhaul to cover a wall with them. It will look nice beside the shelf and it's a fun project.
I recently got rid of and sold Stupid Love Comedy as well. I'm taking Delinquent Housewife 1 volume at a time to see if its something I actually want to buy. I freaking loved Red, White and Royal Blue when I listened to it earlier this month. I bought the physical to reread it 😅
I have quite a significant unhauling I'm going to be doing lol Multiple series are on the chopping block for me. If I don't have nostalgia for it or if it doesn't make my heart happy in some way, it goes lol. Just don't have the space and I have too much stuff just in general. I want a shelf of my favorites and that's it.
I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I do NOT like Fruits Basket. And I tried. I read 12 volumes and was having a bad time, finally gave up. Glad I picked them up from the library. I loved Red White and Royal Blue, bummer it wasn't the best for you. Just finished The House in the Cerulean Sea which I highly recommend if you havent picked it up yet. It's so pure!
