I think it is decorated to the target market. It isn't my taste and when he said Las Vegas........my eyes glazed over. But then I like more of a natural boho stye. A lovely home for those that require an 8800 square foot home.

I'm really surprised at how much land the backyard has. Usually when these type of properties are built, they don't get that much land in the backyard. Especially enough land to have a swimming pool, outdoor entertainment, Grill area, and a large grass area.

I really like that you guys keep your videos 10-15 min. All the other tour guys go 25 min or up. Takes too long. You cover all the essentials, give a great tour with great camera work. Thanks guys
I really appreciate you guys for touring this particular house because I first saw it in another video and loved it but that video was so short and they didn't show all of the rooms nor explain any of the details. I tried searching for another tour of it and couldn't find one , so this video just made my day:). Job well done as usual.The house is stunning.

I am impressed by the beauty of Vancouver's houses. Vancouver mansions are as beautiful as Miami and Los Angeles mansions. I like the South Surrey mansion double door entrance, I like the formal living room with the artistic chandelier and the table clock
. I like the T shape black marble and white marble kitchen. I like the family media room.
I like the fact that the mansion has two master bedrooms, one on the first floor and a second one on the second floor. I like the first-floor master bedroom, the closet, and the master bathroom. I like the free-standing tub, the frameless walking shower, and the bowl sink. I like the second-floor master bedroom, the closet, and the master bathroom. I like the second-floor master bathroom Japanese tub, glass shower, and bowl sink.
I like the circle room entrance in the basement. I like the resort pool and the chessboard floor in the yard.
They need to stage this home.

@@rick3151 It's actually way more impressive than the price had me expecting. It is a bit of a drive from city center, but considering the prices of houses in central Vancouver, this is definitely more than worth it.

@@babybooxx21 Im particularly from Philippines. But the currency of dollars to pesos (money currency I mean) was still kinda huge. $1 is around 48 pesos here currently (as of the moment). And before pandemic, with 48-50 pesos you can already have a good-meal to fill your empty stomach. 😊
