350ml/1 1/2cups cold heavy cream
125g/1/2cup cold sweetened strawberry yogurt
100g/1/2cup sugar
45ml/3tbsp lemon juice
15g/1tbsp lemon zest

Hi! Your semifreddo looks delicious. I like strawberries. I saw other videos that use eggs to make semifreddo. Is that okay if we don’t use eggs?
