Thanks. I did a lot of shopping on Saturday but not in a city with Costco.
I have an old chopper and I love it. I use it at least twice a week. Great for meal prepping. Every time I tell my husband we only need a couple of things at Costco we end up spending a lot. I keep my mouth shut now. I just hope to get out cheaper than expected. I love Amylu products - I love their caramelized onion chicken patties. Everyone loves them. Their sausages are really good too.

I miss the riced cauliflower.
Have you tried for SIBO, artichoke leaf and ginger extract pill. It's pretty much natural though. I don't have SIBO but I heard from this guy in a video. You might want to listen to. It's about an hour and forty mins.
