- If you're using a Rune Crossbow you can only use Ruby Bolts (e) for the procs. Ruby Dragon Bolts can only be used with crossbows above Rune. You can also replace the Ranging potion for a Bastion potion. It's much better than just the Range Pot. I hope I helped you guys with this guide! I did it second try, thanks for the amazing guide :) I did have to resort to a dragon hunter crossbow, but i also had 83 ranged and 75 defence, so i guess it evens out :P
Dragon hunter crossbow is OP in this case but with those stats it's not easy!!Gzz👏🏻😁🥳

Dude great guide. I watched it like 3 times before I went and beat him first try. My levels are lacking but I pulled it off with no food on the last stage. This is coming from someone who died to the rune dragon stage twice.

i died to the metal dragons like 10 times so far because i just suck at the game. lmao. on galvek now though... made phase 4 first try and ran outta food.

i died over 10 times in this quest. i just beat it by watching your guide, the main thing that really gave me the boost was using dragon bolts and turning off the high intensity music lol so i could just focus on the sound efects

Glad I tried TOA before this. I think the mechanics learned from TOA will really help with this boss fight.
I beat him thanks to you. If you guys are struggling. Use Sara brew/super restore combos it definitely changes the entire fight

For a slight potion upgrade for those having trouble, extended super antifire MIX is the best as you can upgrade your shield slot, and it heals you when you drink it.
Died 14 times, watched this guide and killed him the 15th try... Great video

@@KhaiRs on his last phase, I got stuck in one of his whirlwinds and I thought I was absolutely fucked, killed him with a bolt spec right before his fireball could hit me... Was the most satisfying thing ever lol. Thank you!

Looks so easy. Reading from the guide it’s intimidating but if they just simply put oh avoid tsunami there will be 1 space to pass thru every phase is the same besides that part just avoid his fireball /rock and make sure your pray is on when turned off. Guy switches spots so many times it’s no big deal 😆

Try to use protect from ranged after the 1st phase. He uses random range attacks after that phase. That may help!
I died doing the metal dragons bc I’ve never killed an addy or rune dragon and didn’t know they had specials😂. Then I got too focused at the start like 3 times on the metal dragons and got one shot by Galvek’s fireball.
Maybe tell us to take off auto retaliate for the third phase.... got me killed
using bandos and not sheild can fck u up if he does fire off the bat.

Do you have the hard kandarin diaries done? That 10% boost goes a long way
@@chldshflmngo2283 it really doesn't lol. it's not +10% flat it's multiplicative. So 10% of 10% for diamond bolts for 1% and 10% of 6% for ruby which is .6%.

Got him down to a little under half heath on 5th attempt.. I'm starting to understand the mechanics better!
ALSO! If you can afford it, bring a Dragon Hunter Crossbow with Dragonstone Dragon Bolts (e)!
Got him down to just a quarter of his health that time. Dragon Hunter Crossbow makes a massive difference, as well as getting the mechanics down mentally!

what plugin gives your prayer under your hp on your character
go to your configuration settings and write prayer. then check the "show prayer bar" and it's done!
I was stressing this fight, got it first attempt in like 3-4 minutes got like 4 or 5 ruby procs

What is the small red attack in phase 3? I saw it hit an 11 and a 27 on you while praying mage. Is it a range attack?
Very good question. It’s a range attack, in this phase he attacks much more often with it

@@KhaiRs I got you. On the metal dragon phase before galvek right now. Quest helper says to pray range after phase 1… but I still see alot if magic attacks so idk
@@TristanMStahl It could work because you have ranged gear so u have some protection against magic, but they are much common than the ranged ones
Does is matter if you pray range or mage the whole fight?
After the second phase he starts to use the ranged attacks much more commonly. So u can use protect from range in the third and fourth phase but they are random. Thanks for the comment! 😄

What about the 4 inventory slots you need open?
You can teleport out right Before the fight starts so u can come really prepare for it. Hope you Got the kill 🙌🏼
The entrance is in relekka it's the same spot u enter vorkath
