Personally, for me in video games, I barely if at all Care about shadows 😂 I think that’s funny that it’s his complaint
Try playing something without any shadows, it looks 1000% worse and makes the texture’s look blocky

Him mentioning the graphics made me very disappointed, cause a graphic change (I would think most of the time) means a new story, Like N64's Ocarina of Time to Majora's Mask, like how Link in every New Story is waking up (in Ocarina of Time, Link wakes up in his Village), and the sequels it starts him awake (in Majora's Mask Link is on his Horse in a Forest but not sleeping), in BOTW's intro, Link wakes up from his 100 year slumber in the Shrine of Resurrection, in TOTK's intro he's exploring the ruins underneath the Castle, if an Art change did happened, than it was not a sequel anymore, that's just a New Story.
