Got to hear some of the new album at their show at The Nursery in Brooklyn, and the production on it is INSANE. E-Lucid and billy are in a league of their own, this album will be their best work yet.
I honestly am so hyped for the PEGGY production on some of the tracks considering Armand Hammer and Peggy did so good creatively on Barbarians, like that just put a shimmer on my experimental rap heart. The sound of this track sounds like what UR was describing as a deep metallic spin on the Numetal that was present in some points on Paraffin.. this is going to be a glitch hop masterpiece edit: tell me if I’m reaching or not bc I’m just hyped about this album
@@lung_vomit4737 They traded some shots because something went left when they were working together. barbarians was produced by peggy but then he also used the same beat on veteran so theere was some sort of frustration there or something. something like that. I forget some of the details. but they traded shots on shrines and LP!
@@theepicdoge8045 both elucid and peggy threw absolute HEATERS at each other and i just wanted my favorite artists to stop fighting but it was also pretty amazing
hahah I try not to get freaked out if I dont like something or don't get it on first listen, its an interesting challenge to try to engage with something that you don't understand at first. glad I finally came around to the track. was bumping it this morning lol

Not only that, Jpeg and Euclid had beef back in 2019-2021, so they must've made up which is pretty cool.
