@@sajid-khan77 Say from 67cm without working distance power the reflex is with movement and you neutralize with a +1.0DS trial lens. Now the final power will be: +1.0 - 1.50D or 0.50D of Myopia. So, though movement was with movement still it's Myopia. Now, why it's happened.... We identify refractive power in Corneal plane but you are seeing the reflex from 67 cm means you are identifying the power at 67cm. At corneal plane patient is -0.50D but when you are seeing from 67 cm it becomes +1.0D.

If we do retinoscope with placing Working Distance power should we still perform at 67cm away ?
