Oh my god. So many meows. Shy coming😌. You guys r beautiful 🤗 thanks for the love. I have a diffrent skin tone in my childhood picture bcoz I used to play a lot in sun. Veyil la than veladuven cycle otuven so I used to look super tanned. No I din use any fairness cream or did skin whitening to get the skin tone I have now. It’s natural.

Hemoglobin level is very important for your health.... Hair Fall iruntha.. Check ur HB also.... Because I spent a lots of money... Bt i forgot to do my blood test...
Finally my HB level was 9 ... That is too low when u have health issues.. Maintain it atleast 13-14.
You are right. Women are prone to iron, haemoglobin and hormonal issues that can contribute to hair fall. We need to keep that in check too.

Great video, absolutely love how she explains the smallest of details. However would like to add on the vilvah products- few of my friends and me have tried out the vilvah products. unfortunately it is again one of those gimmick brands over hyped. It does normal hair wash and nothing more. Putting this out here so people don't spend their hard earned on such products.
Yes. Vilvah is Over hyper product. Expensive but not worth for money.

@@swathi_sathyamurthy depends on ur requirement such as frizz or dandruff ?I don't know what the actresses use 🙂 but can u give close alternatives that I have tried out for personal use :) any shampoo with low pH may be 4 to 5.5 is good for frizz and conditioneris must. For anti dandruff it's a diff game. I like Sebamed anti dandruff shampoo and tigi bedhead reboot :) hope it helps.

i'am suffering from p c o d from 7th standerd,went 4 treatments,atlast taking treatment from endocrinologists in astermedicity cochin, from 2 yrs ,my menses won't come regularly and flow very very low ,hair also falling ,i can't apply oil ,cough ,cold earpain, earbacksidepain , muscus in throught and nose,should pain, muscle arthritis etc ,how i can get immunity power any remedies ,now taking medicines for all these ,can't apply oil when i took medicine also , when i stop medicine all problems will come again ,my mind is a depressed one ,i got diversed ,i 'am a very very fatty person,mother in law and husband won't give me food ,my marriage was on 19 ,2019 , y god had given me this body, i'am very very sad about this body , i will cry ,all people will tell me 2 reduce fatty body from my childhood till i think i would hear this to my old age, i 'am worried about my future ,now a days mens r prefering slim girls ,i tried a lot to get slim body ,went 2 gym,now i got knee pain also ,so i can't do excercise ,when i ate any food, i will become fat next day ,b m r very very low ,plz guide me what should i do,now i'am 34 yrs old,i 'am not working ,no kids also ,just told my details that's all
