@@blakeanderson5011 yeah I filled the whole thing up, left it on for 3 weeks. There was a tiny bit of loss from drying out, maybe 1.5 out of the ten heads. It lasted for a long while in the fridge. Really good ingredient.
@@angiehalliday8754 that sounds like a great alternative but I’m way too paranoid about a fire that keeping it on for 3 weeks would be too much. Out of curiosity what would you rate fresh garlic 1-10 and how would it compare to black garlic?
@@blakeanderson5011 it's not hot like raw garlic. It really doesn't taste like garlic at all. You can just eat it and it has a rich, dark sweetness about it. It's very complex and savory too. It also just spreads into a paste. If raw garlic is a ten, sauteed garlic is a five, roasted garlic is 3, black garlic is a 1. I mostly put it in vinaigrettes.
I cannot overstate how impressive it is to make a video where the viewer is instantly in on the joke, yet having the viewing experience be no less suffering than any serious execution of this style of content. Thank you Internet Shaquille!

The podcast joke felt like a very strong mirror of Adam Ragusea's (very good) podcast, mimicking the way he talks, the topics he touches, and the time he takes to answer questions.
Definitely the least savage takedowns; this one felt strongly angled at Josh Weissman's god awful presence on YT.
