    This is my 1 year anniversary week . I have lost 83 lbs . I used many tools . I new tool in my tool bag has been a major mindset shift , using meditation, prayer first thing in the am and hypnosis at night. Yeah me ! ❤👏 I hope this inspires someone.

    So I have had 90.1kg, now I am at 87.8 kg, I started eating healthier and do workout too. This is my 5th day and I am proud of me! May this help me loose even more weight! May all of you will achieve your dream body 🫶🏻

    Today is the 28th day of listening to Meditation for Weight Loss on Friday 26th July 2024 and I am experiencing a complete freedom in my body to eat as little or as much as I need to without any extraneous pressure from anywhere. This is truly Krsna’s mercy.

    I have started this a week ago, my weight was 83,9 kg, and today is 81,3 (-2,6kg) I can say that I am changing my eating habits and started to run and workout. I have lost 2,6 kg. I will update every week my result. Thank you for this meditation.

      @@AvaAhmadi-u1c diet yes: no sweet, no alcohol, no junk food, little meals. I am focused when I eat. I am chewing food. Drink a lot of water. About exercise, I have started some youtube 10 minute program workout for arms,...after a while I chose to try jogging with my teenage daughter. I think this meditation helped me stay focused on goal.

      So my results may not be accurate due to the fact that I've changed my scale. I bought myself a new one. I am still -2,6, but I believe thate my start weight was higher than 83,9. Nevertheless, I can say that I started to exercise more regularly and I am full of energy, confidance and more than ever focused on my goal.

      Just with this music? No gym or diet?
      I go to the gym 6 hours a day and have a personal diet but I have to lose weight a lot(53 kgs) in 7 month🥴
      But I think they are not enough...

    Just came back from holiday and struggled to keep up with my family on a hike. I’m here to lose 42 pounds and feel fitter and stronger. And have more stamina. This meditation made me feel so good. Thank you so much. Will keep coming back to it and give an up date each month til December too. Day 1 - 20 August 2022. Namaste x

    I am Day3 Monday 1st July 2024 and I have started eating less effortlessly just by listening to Sarah Raymond on this video. The secret is to keep listening everyday.

      It was probably my favorite part of the meditation. I get so down on myself for holding in toilet urges for too long and I know it’s unhealthy.
      I also have a hard time sticking to proper sleep hygiene, keeping myself awake when I know better and then it affects the sleep cycle badly for some time.
      I can improve these things, as well as the habit of being too sedentary, but forgiving myself for these mistakes instead of dwelling on the guilt is a positive step.

    Finally....a voice that is not annoying and music that's actually nice to listen to. The big problem? It's only 10 minutes long! Should be more like 30 minutes....that would be great!

    Perfect. The 18 year old dog barking demanding to go outside. I did. Then returned to my space and started again. I see myself 25#s lighter with a healthy BMI and toner abdominal area without sagging belly fat. I am strong and courageous. I overcome temptations.

      The dog should help you to get fit. The dog needs a walk and you can be there to accompany it.

    Today I am on my 18th day of listening to this video, Tuesday 16th July 2024. I am eating less every day and I feel great doing so. I am able to resist my brother’s temptations to eat more and more, which is truly amazing for me. Thank you.

    Today I listened to this video for the 21st time on Friday 19th July 2024 and I feel absolutely wonderful and excited about the future. Today I am taking a little more control of my life and not depending on anyone for anything. What I receive is all simply Krsna’s mercy and I am very grateful for it. Thank you, my Lord.

    Thank you for this meditation very calming my weight loss and fitness journey has started 💪 lost 12 lbs so far and been doing my weights and cardio my goal is to lose 30 more lbs of body fat. My son's wedding is in August and want to look hot in my dress. But besides that I want to be healthy. Health, fitness and wellness is my passion.     Today is the 26th day of listening to this video on Wednesday 24th July 2024. I have lost 2150g in 63 days, about 1kg a month. I want to lose 5.5 kg by the end of the year. My strategy is to eat just twice a day at 8am and 4pm and then do intermittent fasting for 16-hours from 4pm to 8am every day. I give myself little breaks on festival days and it is working a treat.     Today is the 20th day of listening to Meditation for Weight Loss on Thursday 18th July 2024 and I feel very full in my belly. Over the last day or so, I have been through a lot, but I am steading my mind by continuing to chant Hare Krsna and eating less every day. Stress can make you fat, so de-stress as much as possible. I will continue this meditation for another 10 days before assessing how to take my weight loss journey to the next level. I feel excited.

    Today is my Day16 Sunday 14th July 2024 of listening to this Meditation for Weight Loss and it is 53 days since I have kept up my 2 meals a day with 16-hour intermittent fasting. Yesterday I had a break from that and ate 4 small meals just to break up the routine. Today I go back on my two meals a day and 16-hour fasting.

    Today is Day9 on Sunday 7th July 2024. I woke at 1.03am this morning and chanted all my rounds by 5.10am.     I intend to get below 80 kg before June 28 (I weigh 88 kg right now.) If this doesn’t succeed I’ll try for 7 days a modified version of Christian Bale’s diet when he lost weight for The Machinist.

    This is the 24th day of listening on Monday 22nd July 2024. I am keeping to my eating twice a day with 16-hour intermittent fasting. Every now and again I allow breaks to my regimen so there is no pressure and because of that I have been able to keep it up. Yesterday I walked from Marble Arch to Trafalgar Square and then around the square several times at the Hare Krsna festival there. I could never have done that if I was not fit, but by Krsna’s mercy it appeared easy, but I felt quite a bit stiff today.

    Today is the 22nd day of listening to this video on Saturday 20th July 2024. Yesterday I took action on something that was worrying me after I realised I could do something about the situation. Krsna gave me the intelligence as to how to get out this mess. So, chanting is very important. Further, my health improves as I continue chanting Hare Krsna, which is the best meditation.

    Day 17 Monday 15th July 2024. I feel as fresh as ever, eating a little less every day. It’s having the freedom from food and just eating sparingly Krsna prasadam. It’s becoming free from eating, sleeping, mating and defending - the animal propensities of life.

    I love the music and your voice and pace of speech. For some reason, this video makes me want to do gentle morning stretches while I listen to it. I do wish you could work with someone to produce a 30 minute long gentle morning stretch routine. I have seen a Buddist Monk, a physical therapist from England specializing in geriatrics showing in exercises that could be incorporated in such a video. The music and your voice are mesmerizing and make the stretches seem easier to perform. Please consider this. Namaste!

      @@IAmARuffdraft Thank you. For the last 8 weeks I have kept to eating just twice a day at 8am and 4pm, with 16-hour intermittent fasting from 4pm to 8am. And I practice yoga every day and walk for about an hour 4 days a week. I feel very healthy as a result.

    Today is the 30th day of listening to this video on Sunday 28th July 2024. I will take my weight tomorrow and let you know the result. I have discovered a way of trying to get a six-pack by pulling the stomach in for as long as possible and breathing at the same time and then pulling the stomach in some more, breathing for a while, and then pulling the stomach in some more. I did this for 10 minutes a day and I am noticing my whole stomach going in permanently.

    I started on my weight loss journey on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 with a weight of 77.4kg or 170pounds. Yesterday 28th June 2024 I weighed 76.65kg or 169pounds by 16-hour intermittent fasting and yoga. So in 39days I lost 750g or 26ounces. Today I have started listening to this video. If I can lose 1ounce a day that’s under 1kg a month or 10kg in one year. I would like to lose 27kg in 27months by 22nd August 2026 to reach my ideal weight of 50kg by then. Any advice would be welcome.

      I realise now I really need to lose 62pounds to get to an ideal weight of 108pounds. Losing 1ounce a day will take 992days or 2years and 9months, so by 22nd February 2027, my birthday. It feels doable, but any advice would be welcome.

    This is the 23rd day of listening to this meditation on Sunday 21st July 2024 out of 30 days. So, I have another 7 more days to go. Today I am launching The Farmer’s Movement in all the cities of the world to have a Hare KṚṢṆA city farm in every city of the world in the next 6 years by 2030.

    My body had high cortisol as well as a few other things. At moment 153lbs. Up until 5 years ago i was 104 to 110. I am going to get to 123 see how i feel. Maybe 113 from there.
