The guy really is such a softie and the girl is more of a serious girl. The ice didn’t broke and the chemistry seems awkward because they don’t vibe on the same frequency. I think the girl is mature like you said, but that's why she is taking the knowing him seriously here and do a fair validation of if he fits her or not.
