Excellent tips, as always. I found #2 really useful, in particular the suggestion to imagine my lower ribs back and up, to lose the residual arch in my back. Also your definition in #1 of "projection", with the visual demonstration of the difference between projecting from the standing vs the free leg, was an extremely helpful Gestalt for me. I have always been told to project, but never heard it clearly defined. Merci!
