    Excellent tips, as always. I found #2 really useful, in particular the suggestion to imagine my lower ribs back and up, to lose the residual arch in my back. Also your definition in #1 of "projection", with the visual demonstration of the difference between projecting from the standing vs the free leg, was an extremely helpful Gestalt for me. I have always been told to project, but never heard it clearly defined. Merci!

    Thank you for these great tips! It would be so helpful to me to see you do it in real time also. The breakdown is really helpful but then to see a few orchos together in normal time at the end would help me see what I'm aiming at 😊

    tip about the back not arched - hyper important, and many
    teachers still don't talk about it !!!
