Yes Pakistan badly needs this types of projects for increasing gdp.public demand, and also attracts tourists example indian metro start metro train since 2004 and now its make huge profits
This project is incomplete, it needs to be extended beyond Numaish. If it is not extended till Saddar/ Tower this project has 50 percent value.

Besides income generation,comfort,time saving it generate productive employment opportunities. Unemployment is painful issue than inflammation.
Although the calculation is not realistic but it is good news. In the long-run cost of operation will be increased with the passage of time as maintenance costs will be increased but the cost of tickets cannot be increased in near future.
If the income is at par then too this type of projects are beneficial to the public.And mind it the project was initiated by PMLN.
