Well, i did raise a complaint/ticket on ptron website since they do not take complaints via call. After this, I had to call them again and again following up on the issue, send several emails and they asked me to make a video of the issue and send it via email. I did that too, after that they agreed to replace the item and it's been 13 days and if i call them, they're asking me to wait for 2 more days since they do not have their own courier service and waiting for the 3rd party for it.
@@richagupta3275 the ptron customer care didn't respond to my emails, so i reached out Amazon custom service, gave them the screenshots of the email. Then Amazon replaced it with a new piece which had the same issue. So the 2nd time they gave me a refund.
