I think he’s always been confident he just hasn’t expressed it to this degree before ... but going back and watching interviews even just a year back, there’s a clear difference in how he presents himself. It’s lovely to see him assert himself more freely and openly :)

I understand what Spiderous is saying. Rami Malek has quirky body language. And a sort of offbeat cadence in the way he speaks. Both those qualities are usually associated with awkward social interaction, but that isn't the case in his situation.

His role in Mr. Robot was really dark, as well as is role in the lesser known video game Until Dawn that he voiced and motion captured. So yeah Rami Malek is definitely overlord of darkness

Phoenix has rightfully claimed the title of dark overlord with Joker. But Rami is fire in everything he does man.
It's not that dark for someone who's suffering from a multiple personality disorder. Mr. Robot doesn't encourage him to kill himself. In one episode he actually tried to get him to throw up the large dose of pills. He's even leaving clues to help him understand what's happening. The dark part is the psychotic break that Angela has. Seriously, she asked if the people who died are going to be okay. She thinks rewinding a tape puts a building back together.
He seems like a genuinely lovely person.

Nameless Stranger I really liked him as SNAFU; he made a really good sociopath in that series (Pacific) to the much more normal yet equally unhinged due to the psychopathic nature of warfare character of Eugene Sledge (Sledgehammer).
I love how Rami paused and insisted that John gets his applause , because yes he works on the show but that doesn't mean he shouldn't get his proper recognition so much respect for Rami 🌷

Athough I am a pure amatuer at this, I had a musicologist shockingly agree with me that music can be divided into roughly two periods: BB (Before Bach), and AB (After Bach). Just his sheer monumental cantata cycles alone is enough to keep a decient orchestra busy for years, and can been seen as having a transformative impact for generations afterwards; even two sons (especially C. P. E. Bach) is recognized as an amazing composer in his own right, abet too little played ...
Don't get me wrong; I still love Beethoven and Mozart ... but my heart belongs to Bach ...
