Thanks man, enjoy the ride! Smitty Motorcycle lodge in TN or Two Wheels of Suches, GA are worth the stay. Wonderful Motorcycle campgrounds with great riding around them. If you can take the extra day on your way down, it’s so worth it!

Thanks, there is something nice about being on your own time. Go where you want to go. Try shorter distances first, you just might like it.

I've been wanting to make this same trip for so long. I'm in Gainesville Fl so it's not quite as far for me. About 7 hours. I just can't find the time to commit to it.

You should find the time, you won’t regret it!

@@MidLifeMotoCrisis I know you're absolutely right but I'd just feel guilty leaving for a couple of days. We have a daughter just about to turn 1 and it takes both of us to wrangle her. One day I'll do something that gets me enough brownie points for me to earn that right. Lol.

@@DarksideSleemo well I can understand that. Nothing is more important to me then my boys! I cut this trip short cause my youngest son called and he needed me. Then a week later was in a car crash and we lost our youngest son he just turned 18. I got a few extra day with him. I did a video tribute to him if you would like to hear about his story. It’s on my channel. Going through this has just destroyed me and my love for adventure. It’s been 9 months and I need to go on another trip because I know my son would want to let the adventure continue.

@@MidLifeMotoCrisis I couldn't possibly imagine how that tragedy has impacted your family. My deepest condolences. He'll always be with you on the road and I'm sure he looks forward to the adventures.
I'll definitely be sure to watch his story. Hang in there, brother. You're just on a longer road home than he was.
