How to turn on w/o unplug the usb everytime i turn on the pc?
Maybe one of these settings are causing the problem.
USB Sleep mode:
Please check if the USB driver / port is going into Sleep Mode after boot up. In such a case you need to disable "USB going into
Sleep Mode"- function.
BIOS Settings:
This could indicate that the motherboard bios is attempting to boot the device up before windows takes control of the USB ports.
Maybe you could check in the Bios settings:
If the Bios in the motherboard have configurations for booting on USB, this should be disabled
If the Bios in the motherboard have other settings for USB that are non-standard. “fast modes” or other “USB optimized”
modes may cause issues, best to set them to “standard”.
If the Bios in the motherboard have settings for “always power” on the USB ports (Convenient for charging a mobile, but
maybe not so good during boot where the power can be “ON/OFF” several times during the boot sequence)
Just looked it up. 220 Euro. More than my Sennheiser Game One headset(170 Euro)

Why GSX1000 do not work when windows start up? not only me get the problem but many people get that.

How does this product integrate with your current line up of gaming headset since you can get the 7.1 surround sound with the PC 373D. Do you need 7.1 headset to use this and benefits from it feature or will a standard stereo headset like the pc 350 work with this? thanks!
Hi Serge. No, you do not need a 7.1 headset. We actually would not recommend you to use the PC 373D with the GSX amplifiers because PC 373D has Dolby surround, whereas GSX 1000 and GSX 1200 PRO come with our own Sennheiser algorithm, therefore there might be interference between the two softwares. Furthermore, PC 373D does not have the right cable, so you would need to get an adapter for it.
You can use the amps with any headsets/headphones with 2 x 3.5 mm jack and with max 150 Ohm impedance (e.g. Game Zero, Game One, GSP 300).
Hi Sennheiser, Would you recommand the amp with the pc 363D? because it has dolby surround aswell?
Hi Peter. No, we would not recommend that. It is the same situation as PC 373D. The headset uses Dolby surround, whereas the GSX has our own Sennheiser Binaural Rendering Engine. Furthermore, the GSX requires jack connectors, whereas PC 363D comes with USB.

Hi. Either GAME ONE or ZERO since they already have the 2x3.5mm jack input required by the GSX. Furthermore, PC 373D and GSP 350 already come with Dolby Surround, whereas the GSX 1000 has our own Sennheiser Binaural Rendering Engine.
Can you guys record audio from a popular game such as the Battlefield franchise processed by your binaural stereo surround algorithm and release it as a demo? I currently have the Creative SoundBlaster G5 but I'm not happy with the HRTF algorithm. If you could release a demo and the surround was as good as people say it is, I would switch in an instant. People over at Head-Fi have the same general feeling and I feel like you you could win over a lot of customers.
Hi. We are actually considering doing something like this. The only problem is that the sound experience might be different from person to person depending on what they're using for listening to the audio file (e.g. wearing in-ears vs wearing over-the-ear headset).
Great idea. 220 is indeed a lot, it costs more than my HD 598.

I have the gsp 600 that i just bought but i miss the surround Sound. Is the gsp 600 good enough for it self or would the gsx 1000 increase the Sound quality? Really wish we had some Kind of Software for those Really good headsets
The GSX 1000 has the Sennheiser Binaural Rendering Engine, which will give you surround sound, it also improves the sound quality when it comes to music and movie watching experience. We are using them in the office, and would not want to miss them.

There's a volume communication wheel on the side, is that to increase/decrease my mic level or to increase/decrease incoming mic level from others ?
The chat wheel on the GSX 1000 is to set how loud you hear the audio incoming from others. the 1200 PRO also has the opposite feature, i.e. how loud others can hear you.
Will Shadowplay recognise the audio coming from the GSX or do I need something else for that?
It should work, but to be 100% certain you should send an inquiry to Nvidia.
Will 7.1 surround sound work with audiotechnica ath50x? Or I need a 7.1 headset for it?
Hi. You get the surround sound from the GSX, so you can use any headset with 2 x 3.5mm jack input and with impedance between 16 Ohm and 150 Ohm.

Hello Sennheiser. I have an audiophile headphone that I use in everything. If I connect it with this GSX 1000 will I get a legit gaming surround sound? I'm really curious and looking forward with your virtual 7.1 feature (no chance of trying before buying).
I have other gaming 7.1 virtual DTS but the sound is not that good so I use my audiophile headphone again. Thank you!
Hi. It is a subjective experience, however we believe that as long as the impedance of the headphones is below 150 Ohms, you should be able to get a proper gaming surround sound.

Hi! If I was to look for wireless headphones with this amplifier, such as Sennheiser RS 175, would those work fine? I love wireless headphones so would they work fine with this amplifier?

Hi. Yes, it is compatible. You just need to remove the surround dongle from the PC 363D - you don't need it anyways since you can get surround sound from the GSX.

Just got me a Sennheiser Game One Headset.
It sounds amazing, but i simply cannot stand the stereo in competitive video-games like Rainbow Six Siege.
I find it hard to work with as far as positional audio is concerned.
I am using it with my onboard audio of the Gigabyte Z170x gaming mobo, which is a pretty well made onboard audio, but it's still onboard at the end of the day.
I tried installing Creative SB X-Fi 3, which came for free with my MOBO.
That said, whenever i try to use this program or any other virtual surround sound program( like razer and a few others that i've tried)
They sound horrible. They sound muddy and echoy and i cannot pinpoint anything, let alone enjoy the sound quality in my games.
So i have to use stereo for now.
I was looking into buying a sound card, but then i looked up for dac/amps and mixamps and now i see you made your own.
Will it be supported and get me some proper 7.1 virtual surround sound that's good for competitive FPS games like Rainbow Six Siege and Battlefield 1, where sound is a must?
Will getting a sound card that supports virtual surround, give me the same echoy results that all the other software has given me? Will getting this audio amplifier also cause the same issues or should it work just fine?
I am coming from a cheap logitech g35 headset with virtual 7.1 and although it's lacking in quality, it did get the job done in FPS games. Sennheiser Game One, doesn't do anything so far with my onboard and the other virtual surround software i've tried.

Unfortunately no solution just yet. I just got used to Stereo and past month i've been using my SB X-Fi 3 Studio, which is a software by Creative, that makes the sound cards known as SoundBlaster, that sort of use the same technology for surround.
Anyhow, although it sounds like complete dogshit with it's virtual surround enabled from that software,, at least i got used to it's surround in Rainbow Six Siege and can actually play pretty well competitively with it on and hear the exact location of the footsteps.
However whenever i am using that software, the sound quality is worse than my 80 Euro Logitech G35 USB fake 7.1 headset used to be.
Funny of you to ask me now, since yesterday i just ordered a Fiio E10K DAC/AMP. It should be here in a couple of days or the next week. I'll try letting you know if you remind me on what difference it makes compared to my current onboard audio.
Also, ever since i made that comment, my MOBO was under warranity and returned it and replaced it and both my previous MOBO and current MOBO, whenever i use their built-in AMPlifiers to increase the sound, they both cause the same issue, which is distorting the sound and making only the right speaker of the headset to sound louder, while the left is way lower.
So using an 7.1 amp like Sennheiser GSX 1000 will make a stereo headset have virtual 7.1?

The GSX is made for the PC. We do not recommend using it on other devices :)
Can the speaker jack work with aux ?
