Hi Casey, I’m a professional MUA and I just watched this tutorial and loved the tips you gave. I’m going to do a job where I’m asked to do the makeup of a trans girl and I just want to make sure I ask the all right questions to help me do a great job, but at the same time I don’t want to ask anything that may be uncomfortable or get my client upset. The makeup session is supposed to make her feel incredible and I just wanna make sure I do everything I can to make it a safe and comfortable environment. Thank youuu ❤️
@@rob235ioa1 that's not what they were saying. They were saying that because they have accepted their homosexuality, that compelled them to learn about other parts of the community.
Awesome video ! Your model looks fantastic and some great tips. Thankyou for posting ! Some additional tips for my fellow trans girls that may be overwhelmed, I know I was when I started ! You can do the following in 15 mins if you need to go out shopping etc. For nights out I normally take an hour and really concentrate on the eyes and contouring. 1. Shave with a new razor after washing with a facial soap and warm water. Make sure your face is dry ! 2. If you have visible growth / dark hair and light skin you can use a colour corrector but for light hair you do not need any. 3. Get a good quality foundation, I use Boots No.7 matt perfection pale rose. If you are too scared to get colour matched at the store (Boots in the UK are just awesome and friendly ! Don't be scared, the staff do this for a living and it's free !) Just use a sample on your wrist, go lighter than you think. 3. Use a liquid facial moisturiser to mix with the foundation 50 / 50 and apply with a brush. No special brush just something about half inch and flat works great. I paint my whole face and neck including eyelids to give a nice Base. 4. If it's not dry in 2 minutes you have put too much on. 5. Use a big fluffy brush and a setting / translucent powder. Buff out any brush marks. 6. If you want add mascara and lipstick, stay Brown and light for a natural Look. 7. That's it. You are going shopping or out to work, too much is a giveaway. As long as you feel comfortable that's all that matters. Build on this foundation if you have time but if i just need to get somewhere quick this is perfect for me. Good luck and remember the more practice you have the easier it will be. Loads of loves, Leah x
This was an over the top look since I wanted my friend to look flawless! Plus when I talk everything takes a little longer... shorter version on myself coming soon.
wow ! you know stuff what a great tutorial..wish i had someone like you to really go to town on me .. thats a lot of product going on but it looks fabulous...im 60 so would need to tone it down a bit .people say i look nice when i go out but my makeup skills are very basic.and i cant really do eye make up very well...would be lovely to have an expert like you to do my make up when i go out .
I remember going to a department store in Norwich which had a Mac makeup department for a makeover, so being of a mature age I got dumped with the newbie artist, so we got talking after she had eventually gotten the product and I opened up about my identity. That’s where she asked if I wouldn’t mind removing my wig so it would be easier to do the makeup!!! And Mac are supposed to be pro trans people..... you’ve got a brilliant makeup artist here you’re lucky .
My friend is going though the process of transing her gender and looking more feminine, and some of this was really helpful! The contouring tips were good, thanks for doing this
Will this make my teens skin breakout? She has such beautiful skin right now, I hate to clog it or bury it....5 o'clock shadow is not so much an issue (she's 14), but shaping/shading the face to promote feminization and softness is. Any input is appreciated! We're brand spankin new at this!
@Mama’s memories It depends on the teen honestly, as long as you make sure to take off the make-up properly (I recommend using a cleansing oil) you *should* be fine. However, skin is prone to react whenever you use a new product on it so just be careful. Instead of using foundation you could consider a tinted moisturiser or BB cream that’s easier on the skin. Contour is usually placed in areas that aren’t prone to acne so should be fine to use. If possible, avoid putting excess product on her T-zone. I hope this helps! I can go into more detail if you’d like
Honestly you don't need anything fancy to get a natural everyday look. In fact I made a video where I only use my fingers to apply my makeup. The video is still live on my channel if your interested in checking it out :D
I must say it was super hard to find the perfect color corrector but I found one that does an amazing job and isn't orange try Sephora melon color correct it saves lives
I want to start transitioning beginning with expression in public but I do not have the patience to do this everyday...in order to cover five o clock shadow etc.. so kind of at a loss of what to do cuz im in a conservative area and don't want to get clocked.
We unfortunately don't control others. I recommend trying out different makeup hacks and finding whats a happy medium for you. I can put on an entire makeup look in under 10 minutes. It just takes practice. Use the required masks to your benefit!
We all have different needs and different desired outcomes. This is just one of hundreds of ways makeup can be done. The most important part is your happy.
No lie I was nervous about that orange being so dark on her. But it came out real nice. I don't get a shadow myself cause it can take myself near a month to get a bunch of facial hair. I'm just coming out myself slowly so far only on two social media accounts. I want to really thank you for this tutorial it is so nice to see how to apply. I love how patient your model was as well. Very nice job imo.
Great job on the makeup. My question is this: how long does it take you to do your makeup? Is 45 minutes to an hour is too long of a time? Also, is it possible to do a quick makeup job in under 15 minutes?
Do you have any videos for beginners that use cheaper products haha. I want to help my s/o with her look but both me and her have 0 idea what we are doing or have too much money. She is mtf and i really wanna make her feel beautiful
Yesterday I realised that I am not a gay, I am a transgender. I feel like as if I am a woman trapped inside the body of a man. The woman inside me is so beautiful and heart broken, but I can't help her.
I think making his brow higher would've made him look more female (conceal the real ones I guess)? You did a great job though, the color choices were fantastic
They do have good teeth but remember teeth aren't everything. We all have unique lives that get us to where we are. We must all learn to love ourselves regardless of our flaws. I hope you're doing well hun. XOXO

Just accepted my gayness and am trying to learn everything I can about the lgbtq community in general! Awesome video, guys!
Hello, welcome to the family. Happy you've enjoyed what you've seen :D Sending you all the love in the world
Cross dressing is NOTHING to do with being gay

There's no way I'd be able to do that this rn, but I think when I (eventually) leave home I might be able to attempt this stuff proper lol
All in its time. Best of luck on your journey. Do whats best for you. XOXO

Ahh! The end result is astonishing, but the process is rather intimidating, especially for beginners like me. So many steps and so many products...
This was an over the top look since I wanted my friend to look flawless! Plus when I talk everything takes a little longer... shorter version on myself coming soon.
Be surprised how little you actually need
Love seeing your friends smile grow through the whole process ❤

This young lady has some serious skills. Wish I was this good at this, my biggest problem is my hands shake. Great work you both look amazing :)

Wow, my method is SOOO far from this. I feel like I'm missing a lot of steps.

I believe eyebrow shaping is top priority after that everything is cake.
Thank you for this. It’s helped a lot.
I like your video for the experience with the makeup is awesome with focusing and concretation on the progress
Does anyone have any tips for that five-o-clock shadow problem (besides laser hair removal?)
That orange corrector is a good one! Plus it’s dollars in comparison to laser.
Thank you so much for everything you post. You are amazing and have been an inspiration to me as I have been starting my journey.
I'm so happy you enjoy my content. I'm so passionate about this topic.
Beautiful! 😍😍😍 Omg, I subbed
Very informative. I have been MTF for almost 2 years. I always need new ideas. Love what you did with his eyes
Happy to provide some new Ideas :)
Hi Casey, lots of love from India.

Well done video. Nice transformation. I’m looking for that beard cover now🥰
He looks so beautiful and feminine! You are so good at this...Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for the sweet words! I'm so glad the work I do makes a positive impact. I plan to make more videos like this :D
He is Transgender He is a She
Great work. I think you have a full trade there.
Excellent and informative.
You are stunning 💕
Thank you Hun 💕
Great job on the makeup. My question is this: how long does it take you to do your makeup? Is 45 minutes to an hour is too long of a time? Also, is it possible to do a quick makeup job in under 15 minutes?
Beautiful eyes!!
ty for this video :)) im trying to learn so i can do my girlfriends makeup better haha
wow that's seems like a lot the results are great
Wow!! 👏🏼 great video ❤️ beautiful!
Beautiful work
Beautyful model, beautyful makeup, beautyful you. God bless u all😚
Thank you so much 🤗
Good makeover, think fake lashes would look awesome on top though?
Thanks for the video. I am just starting with real make up. This shows how easy it can be... with practice.
You got this! It really can be easy. Makeup has been a lot of fun for me. Practice makes perfect. Best of luck. XOXO
💕 Great job! But I need makeup in 10 min or less - which is about the time I often have for it before mornings virtual calls each day.
Thank you ☺️ this video is definitely not a 10 minute look but I do have a few of those!!
Thank you so much for this video!
You are so welcome! More coming in the new year :D
Love it Case!, Great Job! Miss ya Girly!
Do you have any videos for beginners that use cheaper products haha. I want to help my s/o with her look but both me and her have 0 idea what we are doing or have too much money. She is mtf and i really wanna make her feel beautiful
I will consider making a video on this. Thanks for the idea 😄
Yay thanks Casey, I use lots of cheap stuff because cosmetics in Australia are super expensive! But this video has plenty of tips that I can use
Use what you have! I used a $1.50 eye shadow pallet for the first 2 years of my makeup journey and girl I looked fierce
damn that is a deal!
Looks amazing 😻
Thank you, you're making me blush ☺️🥰
Thanks love the ice blue blush , your girfriend was cute

🤗
Great job!
Pretty cool..is there a quick way to..beautify?
There’s always a quick way. Just can’t do all the crazy stuff! If you remove color correcting and eyeshadow the look already drops 20 minutes.
Is that Toby Maquire being trans?
It’s strange with these videos as the makeup goes on the subjects demeanour changes to a more fem mannerism
I wish I had girl friends or friend to help me...
I’m optimistic that one day you’ll find this 🥰🥰🥰
I feel this so bad. Hope our wishes come true.
Thank you Casey😄
Fantastic!
Love the idea of drag
Reminds me of Batman
I know that sounds weird
But it’s like
Masculinity by day
Super diva by night
Haha

Nice job! I just slap on sunscreen/moisturizer and foundation and call it a day 😂
You do you! I go to work without any makeup now. Took me a few years to realize I don’t need all the bells and whistles
He's so handsome.
