I did get quite choked when I saw your visit to Hosier Lane in Melbourne which had the graffiti walls. I used to work not far from Hosier Lane. Now I see you walking about the Streets of San Francisco, where I was back in October/November 2015, when visiting my late sister who lived in Orinda, Contra Costa County. I was in San Francisco last year for some startup meetings and my one regret was not taking the time to experience some great local food. We need to go back when we have more time to really enjoy the city AND the food.

Visited San Francisco a few years ago and loved it.I found the prices very reasonable when eating out and the portions were enormous.Could never finish a meal. ( I'm from Scotland)

Can't beat a good kebab! I always go mixed (chicken with lamb doner) with salad and chilli sauce :D
Those huge burritos were what I survived on when I was in college there. I'd split it in half and eat one half each day. Super filling and delicious and cheap. So good and I miss them!

Eric said a couple times that they save all the indulgent food for the vlog. Other than on camera, they usually make vegetables for dinner. A good balance, I suppose :)

What camera are you using at the ten second mark? The two of you razor-sharp in the foreground and the background a little blurry - it looks like expensive DLSR glass with a wide-open aperture. Curious!
Wow, this brings back great memories. I used to live in SF. I saw your England vlogs and you seem to enjoy Indian food. I would suggest going to an Indian Restaurant called Shalimar on Jones st. They used to have a more formal branch and a hole in the wall type location on jones. You will like the food there. Their chicken tikka Masala is great

Oh yeah, an Uber driver I was chatting with told me Shalimar has the best curry in the Bay Area. There's one in Fremont also.
There is a Mr Holmes bakery almost right across the street from me in LA. Going to try the creffun. they also have a savory muffin that is my favorite.
Going to have to check out some of these places when I'm in town!

The hostel and burrito look like good spots what about night clubs and-bars in SF
My favorite SF breakfast spot is a tiny little old-fashioned diner called It's Tops (@ 1801 Market St.) and they have fabulous waffles! They also have great burgers, fries and milkshakes if you're there for lunch. They close early in the afternoon but then re-open in the evening for dinner service. It's a tiny little restaurant with about a dozen tables. They still have the jukebox controllers on the tables. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is fun and the food is great! What more could one ask? P.S. I hope you guys stay in SF long enough to show us the Chinese New Year Parade. I'm pretty sure it's this weekend, since the year of the dog begins on Friday.

Also try Golden Coffee on Sutter/Jones - the old man broke his leg and they've been closed but are opening this week I believe. Also for lunch Sutter St Cafe is a great deli in the area for about $10. Also on Post try Milkbean... REALLY good sandwiches for $8-$10 and their coffee is great and wifi is good. Zzan on Post is good korean for reasonably priced but also cheap beers! ALSO... for happy hour... 587 Post... cool little place and has happy hour until 8pm, later than everybody else.
Finding "good deals" on food and drinking is an art... I'm not super good at it but over time we definitely have found some great places hidden around... brings weekly food bills down a bit which helps lol.

Hi I'm coming to San Francisco this July with my wife staying over for 4 days, was told to hire a car, should I or not hire a car ? seen quite a few vids and parking IS a nightmare pls advise.... were both in our 50's..so not staying at a hostel...

Mau in the Mission has great filling pho bowls and other dishes for 9.00-10$.
Love the local eateries tips and tricks...but please add some local hikes to burn off all carbs. Show off San Francisco's other great features the Embarcadero waterfront, Chrissy field and the Filbert steps.
And Chinatown, Coit Tower, The Dome at the Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Park, the Japanese Gardens, Sutro Bath ruins, Ocean Beach and the Camera Obscura... and, and, and... I could go on for hours. They could stay there for six months and show us two or three things a day and still not run out of cool things to see and do in SF! I
A vote for Sears for breakfast! Always a solid choice (but usually really busy, which is a good thing I think)!
The original owners of Sears Fine Foods closed and sold the property and its now reopened under new management. The food isn't as good as it used to be.

If I had known that you were visiting SF, I would have recommend Brenda’s French Soul Food. I seriously consider driving there to order food every weekend.
I LOVE Brenda's and her sister restaurant "Brenda plus 3". Some of the best southern cooking in SF.

aw man! Did you guys ever like to go to Eddie's Cafe on Divisadero and Fulton? That is the best breakfast joint in SF. And their prices are amazing too. Check them out next time you are there if you haven't already been.

Another great video guys. Brings back good memories of our honeymoon when we stayed in SF for 4 nights before driving down highway one to LA and finishing in Vegas before flying home to the UK. We loved the Cheesecake Factory at the top of Macys when we were in San Francisco and wherever we have been to one elsewhere in the US the portion size was huge and price very reasonable. We also went to Uncle Vitos pizza on Bush street and got takeaway which was superb! Keep the videos coming, loving them!! :)
