Hello po. Do we always need to do 2 m setbacks po? How about if the lot area is small for setbacks and 2 m setbacks can take up a large space of the lot?
Hi,there are different setbacks for each zoning,for example this 2 meters setback are applicable for R1 type residentials.There are also types which allows 1.50 setback. In addition,you can use 1 firewall or attached dwelling to the property to save usable lot into a space. Anyway I will do a video for a setbacks as per zoning.Thank you

2) Is this a flat or sloping lot ?
3) Where is the entry closet for visitors coats ?
4) Why is there no door to the backyard ? Where is the BBQ area ?
