What is you CPU ? I have Lenovo ThinkPad - Intel i5 11th generation + 16GB RAM GNS3 VM in VirtualBox - 6GB and 4 cores allocation for VM on GNS3 VM and it is extremely slow.. i.e. CSR1000v always stuck at No need for bootloader image It sucks because I wanted just few IOS-XE routers in the labs... Right now I use only 7200 IOS routers. I will try VMWare.
I have Intel core i7, 8GB RAM, please verify if your PC is not configured on Save Energy (Medium Performance) and also do not use another programs on background
@@romeroc24 Thats absolutely OK, I think even if you have i7, more important is memory. So I will try VMWare and try to import your OVA GNS3 VM and let you all know how it goes.
@@romeroc24 PROBLEM SOLVED ... Delete VirtualBox and run everything in VMWare Player for free... It is 10x times faster and no problem with booting CSR1000v.... First time and everything works... So right now I will not use VirtualBox anymore...
@@romeroc24 yes, thank you for video I can run 4xCSR1000v (I configure them to use just 2GB RAM so with 16GB I can run 10x CSR1000v.... In future I plan to buy some gaming desktop PC with 64GB RAM and i5/i7 10th or 11th generation. ANd I will be able to run CCIE lab with 30 routers ;)

GNS3 VM debe ser instalada en VMWare Workstation, el error me parece es porque GNS3 VM está instalada en VirtualBox
