Everytime I see someone new trying to approach the game it put a smile on my face and I kept smiling the entire time while watching your reactions for all the characters and trailers. I think the playlist you watched missed few sinners but not to many so dont' worry too much about it! As a veteran player myself who loves this game to the core I can only say I really hope you'll enjoy your time with it since PTN is almost an hidden gem full of amazing stories, characters, musics and arts, and the more you learn about it the more you get hooked. The dev team behind the game have so many talented people and up to this day they always delivered it. If you have any questions feel free to ask since there will always be someone ready to reply~ ✨💜

I still don't have any questions since I have yet to play, but once I start playing, I think I might have more questions at that time. hehe It's nice to see more players for this game though! The quality of the game looks very high so far, just from the videos. I'm surprised that more people aren't playing it.

I also feel I should mention that Sinners are ranked on a scale of B,A, and S. With S ranks essentially being walking calamities, and B ranks being the weakest in terms of power of the lot of the Sinners, though that does not stop them from each being formidable in their own right.
Langley is technically our boss and the head of the 9th Agency, the spies and assassins of Dis. She also makes coffee on par with an expert barista if not superior.
Roulecca had her entire family murdered and has the power of unnatural luck.
Hella was tortured and experimented on by a group wanting to harness Sinner Powers, she is also effectively one of the chief's many adopted children.
Hecate is a bean and the other main adopted daughter.
Ariel is a wholesome bean that is just trying her best. Her family are all grade A assholes.
Ignis is a food critic who loves baking and especially creme brulee.
Chameleon is fucking terrifying.
Demon is a broken man that has had everything ripped away from him. He is also tough as fuck.
Victoria is mentally somewhat the equivalent of a child, especially given how sheltered she was.
Cinnabar is a disaster lesbian.
Priscilla is a thief who may or may not be offering the Chief a pole dance in one of her voice lines. She is also Tetra's bunny. Tetra is a rich woman who robs for the hell of it. Also, if you look at it Priscilla's skin in game, she has a lipstick mark on her thigh...wonder who that is from?
Crache is a good girl who protects children...and has action figures of the chief.
Wolverine is a good boy, just like Pippy is.
Luvia Ray has multiple personality disorder, due to one hell of a fucked up backstory.
Oliver is a good kid.
Labyrinth is a full body prosthesis, the only human part of her is her brain.
Chelsea is...yeah she is just a lovable idiot lol.
Ninety-Nine is Hella's best friend, a friendship born as she was being made to tear her apart over and over again. She is die hard loyal to Hella and will go postal if anything happens to her.
Bai-yi is a slacker, a drunk, and also fucking terrifying when she shows just what she can do.
EMP once scammed a phone scammer.
Hamel is the first recorded Sinner and the most beloved dancer in all of Dis.
Eirene is a woman hell bent on owning everything, and is a chess master. she also basically runs another City-state.
Zoya is HER. She is one of the main GOATs of this game. A cosplayer of her once had an entire con simping over her.
Nox is essentially the incarnation of Death, though her story is very tragic. She also enjoys video games.
Summer is a genius...an eccentric as all hell. She also made a coffee that kept the Chief up for several days after drinking it.
Anne is basically Iron's wife. She is also one of the hardest working and most broken of all of the Sinners.
Dr. Iron is probably the most overworked medic in all of Dis, especially given the Chief's antics.
Stargazer can see the future to an extent, she is also one of several Sinners that have laid claim to the Chief's, or her little monster as she calls us, soul.
Kawa-Kawa is a bean. He is also a pioneer that has been mapping out a desert filled with bandits, giant worms, and other things.
Serpent has a giant pet snake, and is obsessed with spreading and receiving happiness.
Mess is a lover of classic RPGs, and has a very cutely decorated room.
Dudu plays a suona and is a dear friend to Oak Casket, she may be annoying but she means well.
Oak Casket is another sinner with a claim to the Chief's soul. She can also hear the voices of the dead and may sleep in a coffin.
Pacassi is a walking nuclear bomb, quite literally giving off enormous amount of radiation. A touch from her metal arm is basically equivalent to touching the Elephant's foot in Chernobyl.
Deren is a brilliant movie director, she is also a very lazy woman. Also, she is by no means weak or mediocre, her power is damn near broken.
Etti is a D&D gamemaster with the power to beat each misbehaving player over the head that all DMs wish for.
Corso is obsessed with battles, she also has a skin with a collar and leash on it, along with the suit she wears.
Raven is a friend to all children ,she has made textbooks for a school she ran in Syndicate and is a poet...though maybe not the best of ones.
Dreya is an astronomer touched the Illusory Moon...and she may have known us in an age gone by. Even across time and space, she felt the call of her Guide and came for them.
Uni is essentially a yandere for her twin sister.
Adela is a hairdresser who wants to live a worry free life...she is also fast as fuck.
Letta enjoys wandering around in search of scary stories and such.
Cabernet is another Sinner with a claim to the Chief's soul, she also loves grapes...just grapes...
Lamia is a human that has had a tough life, especially given that she was born looking as she does.
Rahu is a broken soul that has been kept going by the flames of vengeance burning in her. You would need to watch recordings of the rain Burst and Floral Unfurl event to get the full story for her, but let us just say that she is loyal woman and one hell of a formidable soldier.
Garofano is a mommy. She is also an assassin and fiercely loyal to the Garden she belongs to.
Shalom is...she was dealt a shit hand and is now fighting for her own freedom in a way that has caused no small amount of suffering. That said, she is fiercely loyal to the Chief, and is probably the most terrifying strategist in all of Dis.
Coquelic, mentor of Assassins, master of the Garden, and while she may not say it, she is basically the mother of her Flowers.
Christina is somewhat like a mini-sherlock holms...granted she tends to cause some property damage in her pursuit of justice...okay a lot of property damage lol.
Mantis...will always be our superhero.
Cassia has a sad backstory, she also wants to make us into perfume.
Eleven, the first E is silent, is a radio show host, she also has one of the worst sleep schedules in the bureau lol.
Nino is a Vtuber, and is basically my spirit animal as a gamer.
There is also Donald, an S-Rank from Syndicate, who is very colorful.
Matilda, an A-Rank that is Donald's second in command, and the sane one in their relationship. She is also a Nightingale fan-girl.
Lynne, a shy girl that wants to be a photographer.
McQueen who is a painter and sculptour.
Lisa, who is an art critic with a razor edged tongue.
KK, the long suffering mom of Whitestones industry.
Che, a lazy man with a love for animals who may also be one of the few competent drivers in the bureau.
Enfer, a sculptor who is a master of etching fear into her work.
Wendy, last of the Undertakers, a broken soul pushed beyond the edge due to all she witnessed.
Sumire, the ever loyal best girl and ace of the Garden.
Gekkabajin, a woman determined to show the world that she is a great assassin.
Eureka, the mad genius inventor.
Kelvin, an aspiring cook that can only taste cold food.

I think that is everyone, with all of that said, I am glad to see your interest in PtN, as a fellow Chief let me offer you a warm welcome and a prayer for your emotional state once you start delving into the game. this game, does not pull punches with its story.
WOAH... I actually skipped most of it because I wanted to learn more about the characters on my own while playing and seeing their interrogations. hehe The length of the comment shocked me and the way you gave a short summary of each sinner... It was quite amazing!
Also, thank you for the welcome and prayer~ I definitely need the prayer. I also need more tissue boxes for the upcoming interrogations that I'll be completing and recording, while I build my characters for Chapter 9...
@@Trailblazer_Ririna I figured I would share the info because not all of the Sinner's have interrogations, and some are just miniscule little tidbits you can learn about them by raising their compliance. Also, you sweet summer child...you have no idea what awaits you in the coming chapters lol. Let me also offer some advice, before you start the newest chapter, I believe it is 13, watch the videos of Rain Burst and Floral Unfurl so you will have the full story of just how all of the players got to where they are on the board. @@Nofsleft Oh, not all of the Sinners have interrogations! I guess I'll need to read through your comment after going through most then. O_O Rain Burst... Floral Unfurl... Ohh, the event stories! I think I shall do that then. Maybe as a reaction video (in replacement of a few Let's Play videos for PTN) since there are recordings out there. Thank you for the advice!

There are more videos, but I guess it was most of them. PTN character and skin designs are top tier. While most of the skins are paid, there are ones that can also be unlocked by doing daily tasks. I still can't believe that Kelvin's (fridge) and Lisa's (green with butterflies) skins were free.
I think I got all the videos (at the time of the recording), but then more character and skin videos came out soon after. XD But I'll eventually react to more of PtN when there are a good amount of videos that I can react to in one sitting.
the game is very , very good can't wait for your stream of it in 2 days you earned your self a subscriber and also i like to make some tips : tip no 1 some character have more important skill than the other for example the character luvia ray has her first and 3rd skill set as her priority of leveling up in addition you dont have to worry about leveling up skill until your character is in phase 2 or 3 (its like ascension in genshin , character have 3 phases in total). tip no 2: read , read , AND READ for some reason newbie friend has a reading what characters actually do so he ended up asking me questions first before even reading their skill. (this is why dont under estimate B & A ranks) tip no 3 well this isnt really a tip but a guide on the current meta's (don't worry about this as this is for when your in mid-late game) so the first meta is bleed which revolve around dreya your favorite sinner (currently) and 3 other sinners that applies a certain effect called life-loss which deals x amount of physical damage overtime and you can quickly see how this can scale especially with dreya mania intensify (a skill or buff that cannot be lv up that unlocks after phase 2). then the 2nd meta shield stacking : idk about this meta very much but its very effective against a certain gamemode called tide of ashes but this require demon a S rank/5 star that has 4 dupes of him to work so kinda expensive. 3rd meta and most recent EEE team/ eve , eleven , enfer now some sinners can summon another fighter on the field and there's already a decent number of sinner that can do this but what makes EEE special is that it utilizes the effect known as fear which makes the enemy go backwards. eleven serving as the dps along with hear summons doing even more damage (can do 40m depending on the stage) and enfer can be used outside of EEE as a bigggg buffer but in EEE she is the one who's applying the fear effect that makes eleven stronk and then there's eve that can summon a lot of fighters (you can fill the entire field with her summon if there's no active enemy if you want to) and she also heals & buff summons. downside of EEE is its a 3 S rank team and not the most f2p friendly. there's also a new meta with the effect known as electrocution with the new S rank coming in febuary however its still kinda weak and there's also an effect known as Burn which is like life-loss but deals magic damage instead however it (currently) can only be applied by 2 sinners and doesnt have a S rank that glues the effect together to form a team

If you want to learn more about each character, all of them have their own interrogation where you can learn more about their backstory! It's a really neat feature and a lot of interrogations made me really emotional 🥹 As a Path to Nowhere player, I'm glad you're reacting to/playing the game! It's a great game, it might take you a while to catch up to the main story (plus the events, fun fact Stargazers event will rerun soon), but the journey is absolutely worth it. Just watch out for spoilers since Chapter 13 of the main story will release soon, the trailer for that one is amazing but really spoilery. The charater trailer playlist is up to date, but sadly my fave Eve releases in literally two days so you didn't get watch hers. I hope you enjoy playing the game! (PS Dreya is rerunning right now, I wish you all the best if you try to pull for her)

Hope you enjoy the game. The writing, storytelling and voice acting of this game is insanely good.
As for tips, you cannot change your starting character's gender, so pick whichever you prefer. One of the best units in the game is unlockable through a new player quest, (I believe) you have 10 days to complete it or so, and she's not only amazing but her backstory is one of the best. Oh also, the game is very F2P friendly, so don't worry about spending money, of course if you do plan to, the BP tends to be the best choice, it's cheap, and the unique skin tends to be amazing.
For story content, there's the usual Main story and side stories, but there's also the "interrogation" where you basically play through that character's backstory, or finish loose ends left open by the main story.
10 days to complete! I hope I'll be able to make it. What's the name of the unit?

@@Trailblazer_Ririna hahah yeah path to nowhere isn’t afraid of having unhinged unapologetically evil women and I love that for them. More games should do this… then again it seems like they can’t because as soon as a woman is even a bit morally grey, general audiences love to hate on her :(
I too hope that there will be more morally grey female characters in more and more entertainment. So that way, it'll become the norm! Unless it's meant to be a super one-dimensional story. XD

It's always nice to see a new Chief reporting for duty. Welcome.
The game was initially marketed as a tower defense game similar to Arknights (which kinda worked against it since it was described as an AK reskin). The enemies behave in mostly predictable patterns while attempting to reach the Chief, while you deploy "Sinners" to stop them.
However, since you can instantly move Sinners around the field, and since your Sinners cannot be redeployed if defeated, the "disposable tower defense" elements disappear and the game quickly evolved into a grid base action rpg where you are managing a party to actively fight enemies.
The game has some rough edges especially in the early chapters, since it's a pretty small studio's first game. Give the game a chance at least until the end of Chapter 2.
Voice acting is generally good. I'd persinally give a score of 9 to the native Chinese dub. 8 and 7 to JP and EN dubs respectively, which is really good in general.
The game is quite F2P friendly if you aren't worried about catching up, or dupes. The game releases 1 new S rank Sinner every 4 weeks. As a f2p, once you reach the end game, you generally get enough resources for 60 to 70 pulls each month, which, with average luck, should get you every S rank sinner as they come out. Moreover, every sinner, except for 2, are added to the standard pool where you can lose 5050 to, so there's always chance to get them as dupes.

The gameplay sounds quite difficult (since I struggle many times with AK), but I'll have to try my best to get used to it and then hopefully, I won't do too bad. XD I don't think I've ever played a grid base action RPG, so this will be something new to me! I'll definitely be giving the game a chance (much more than just Chapter 2, even if it takes me a long time, only because I think it's not possible to truly understand a game from only the early chapters and gameplay). Since you say that CN dub is good, I think I might just use that audio for the upcoming livestream (or future ones?) if possible~
Thankfully, I'm a pretty casual gamer, so I don't worry about missing events or about catching up. :3 It's awesome to hear that the game is quite F2P friendly~

The game can be micro intensive later on, and fat-fingering will be with you always.
The original CN VA conveys more of the originally intended emotions vibe for the story. Of course not everyone wants to read subtitle all the time so it's def a trade off.
The CN VA director for PTN is herself a veteran in the industry (she's the CN voice for Sylvannas in WoW, Ada Wong In Re4make, Arlecchino in Genshin, etc.) and has a meticulous approach to voice acting. There are behind the scene footages of her instructing how much saliva the VA should have in her mouth while delivering a line.
@@sylphirez Ooo, I personally am okay with reading subtitles, so I will gladly enjoy the beauty of the CN dub. Actually, I can't watch most things without subtitles, even if English is my native langauge. XD I don't trust my ears for some reason.

The gameplay is tower defense and Chief is the tower with ability. Imagine Arknight but you can move your character and there are a few times the game forced you to strategize with that movement mechanic, it's like a time puzzle when that happen. The other fun gameplay are for event minigame.
They release main story pretty slowly but their event is pretty constant and the events themselves have their own story and absolutely no less good. all voiced too.
If you are up for some minor spoiler for updates. You can check PTN China. They released first so they already have every future update.

I forgot how much I loved the character designs in this game. I remember enjoying the game but finding the daily stuff tedious.
As long as the game's dailies aren't as bad as Genshin's and Arknights', then I'll be happy. XD I mean I'll still do them but it would certainly improve the QoL if it's faster than those two. I really do like the character designs and skins the more I look at them. Makes me look forward to seeing what else they design in the future!

The daily is pretty much just 5-10 mins per login, so it's easy to keep up. Even weekly stuffs can be completed in like 20 minutes at most. Just clicking here and there. I don't understand people who say PTN daily sucks lol because it's legit the easiest and least time consuming daily and weekly I've ever had in gacha game like this.
Adela is by far my favorite character in the game
