Just guessing but maybe you survived that overhead because thp can "overheal" you for one health very briefly. The only reason I think this might be the case is when I see people take chip damage from engineer minigun and then hit enemies they get thp and they can have 150+1/150 hp. This could also happen if the game counted fractions of hp and you had 150,5 hp or something.
Its better horde damage than Axe Falchion and the armour damage is not that much worse. Horde damage is similair to Rapier but its less safe and it has less boss damage compared to both.
If there a cap on amount of specials spawned? (if there are already active specials alive). Im thinking about not killing gas rats, they are pretty helpful
Witch hunter captain felt so wired to me. I’ve just finished all legend run on BH and Zealot, two arguably strongest career in the game. WHC feels like a BH stripped of alt but boosted luck. I usually run different weapons on different careers, but for Saltpyre, rapier and BOP synergies too well.
WHC is much stronger in melee and gives some very nice team buffs compared to bountyhunter. He also scales very well into higher difficulties because of his instakills.
Are there any mods for chaos wastes to like have twice the number of coins and boons on a map in a run? Think it would be a blast, especially if you could up the number of hordes too.
I assume for a 4-man you'd run the same talents except take wild fervour? Also that final disabler wave was so good, in pubs everyone just instantly drops there and ignores that wave 😂 was funny to see you wtf at it and then erase it lol

Falchion is strangely very satisfying to use, even if it isn't optimal, it's always great fun.
It feels like you're using a chonky butcher knife. I always use it just for that honestly.

I hit him at the exact moment i took damage and got thp because of it. Same principle as Natural bond giving you the ability to survive overheads.

@@core7822 Yes, the stat screen reflect the high damage he can do, it’s just feels like you are doing more work without work harder.

Yeah, you can also run cast away instead of dode range since the falchion dodge is already pretty good.
