I have a ford flex and it has a similar 'pocket' for the rears are you are showing here. Can I use those steel circle spacers to raise the car height?

Jeffrey -- We really don.t advise using spacers on both ends of the spring, at that point you need new springs.

Why does a one inch spacer give you 2" of lift?
Because of the ratio of the lower control arm based off the spring location on most GM older cars.
