    Excellenti Thanks for educating. I too have seen them maybe 3-4 times in the last 2 yrs. So yes, I too believe that the clean up of Howe Sound has made them return. We have the herring fish back which I think is a part of their return. Thx Cindy

    Hi Bob, I found your youtube channel by watching Jackie Hildering's posts with MERS and her own Facebook page "marine detective". I liked this video and really loved the one about the return of the Humpbacks to Howe Sound. I myself kayak out of Telegraph Cove twice a year and love seeing the marine mammals as you do. I also film my encounters with whales. I was wondering what kind of camera you are using, your videos are of a nice quality.
    I really respect your love of your environment. It shows in your narrative. Thanks, Mike.
