This happened to me, with two brand, new iPhones, or rather, alleged, new iPhones, and all of the accessories were fakes, and I could see that it was not factory sealed but rather resealed, in a way Apple does not seal their products! Those phones were also responsible for a very big hacking across all my devices, but I got the number of the scum bags because another phone on my account was hacked, and I'm pressing federal charges! If this is happening to you, call the FCC, and they usually respond, within a day or two, and I called earlier, and within an hour or two, they're contacting me back! This shit is outrageous. Also, you can join a class- action lawsuit, one against AT&T, and the other against Apple, as both had the biggest breaches in history, allegedly!
