MRT damaged my canopy rear door when they installed the tradie rack and are refusing to replace the door Terrible customer service tried to invoice me more than the quoted price & installation was rough as guts no attempt to tidy up or cable tie loose wiring
I purchased one of these three years ago from Yatala and have just noticed that all welded seems around all three doors are cracked. I've done very little offroad although the roads here are rough. Very disappointing to find such damage that there is no option but to replace it. Just beware of the cheap price... something has to be sacrificed to make them this cheap
Recently purchased an MRT canopy. Staff stuffed up the measurements and canopy doesn't fit. No apology, rude staff and left with having to pay to have their mistake fixed at my cost. Won't deal with them again.
I was looking at having one of these fitted to my Dmax in Western Australia but after looking at the reviews in relation to the weld cracking along with the comment on rude staff I think I'll pass. I believe that if I purchased one of these I would need to have the welding checked out and possibly reinforced or re-welded prior to fitting it out and taking it on a trip. PASS.
I'm assuming the length is external. Be great if you made the 2400 mm a bit longer so it fits 2400 mm sticks of timber inside it, so maybe 2450 mm.... just say'n.
@@pollypocket8424 Had mine for two years now done 48000 km all across Aus and if you have half a brain and dont overload the roof and choose the 40 mill bracing inside you wont have a problem. Not everyone can afford $12000 for top of the line canopy. They are about $5200 with a tray, and under tray tool boxes hard to beat.

@@frankyang1127 Yeah I'm sure these are rubbish like most Chinese made stuff, will only last 6 months and be bent and broken.

Don't let them fit a tray in WA.
Why what was the problem?
