I have two showers... one is moentrol and one is positemp... I prefer the moentrol because I can control exactly how much water comes out vs the positemp which finishes all my hot water so quickly because the pressure is so strong the hotter the water gets 🙄 My question is, can I turn a positemp into a moentrol myself? Or is it too complicated and I’ll need a plumber to come do it?
The moetrol is original positive is more modern,,,, the entire valve must be replaced,,,, not sure if they make the older style anymore,,,,, you're a shower head should have a pressure regulator in it,,, limiting to a gallon and half per minute,,, that could help your issue thank you for the comment
