Hello Michael, I’m fairly new to Reiki. I’ve been watching your videos for a couple of months now and the last week I’ve had my first experiences with feeling, well just amazing and healed. But today as I was watching your video and you said “may the force be with you” I started crying because my father used to say that to me all the time because it was one of our favorite movies to watch together. He passed 1/11/2009. He was my best friend.It’s been 15 yrs and this is the first time I have felt his presence or his love because I’ve been so blocked and stuck and lost without him. I cannot express how thankful I am for what you do. Michael you have healed me and given me back so much all I can do is try to pay it forward by helping someone else in need. You have given me back the ability to feel I am no longer numb. for the first time in 15 years I feel my fathers love. it’s overwhelming a little bit but it’s good thank you I love you so much. Hello! I am an alcoholic/addict and in recovery as well! I have been off of methadone since November 2023, I have used Kratom as a way to ease the methadone withdrawal so now this is a habit I need to quit! I know it’s preventing me from healing but I just tell myself “I might not be where I want to be, but at least I am not where I was, I am healing, I am healed!” My spirituality/higher power are what gets me through, and I am so grateful for that! I feel like addicts in particular are usually extra sensitive and spiritual souls, at least for me I am an empath so a lot of it was trying quiet down feeling EVERYTHING! The toll of the bells/bowls, the way it resonates, is very helpful. It’s not too much, it comes at the right time to clear my mind and it sort of mesmerizes me. Along with the hand movements it really helps clear my mind and relax.

During the last couple years I have noticed an increased presence of limiting beliefs and attitudes as a direct contrast to how I used to see life before. This has left me pretty confused and doubtful towards myself and my own evolution.
