I don’t think enough people appreciate how perfectly some of the moves happen in line with thr music. Especially Billy’s first NP start, second NP damage hit, and the Spriggans attacks all hitting on the beat(except for that last spriggan hit, fuck that one)

That's unnecessary tbh. Billy's +120% crit damage up is already a thing, so instead of looking for way to additively buff his damage, looks for ways to multiplicatively buff it. Ideally you'd wanna give him a quick up CE that way his quick cards can deal more damage (with imaginary around limit broken his quick cards deal 110% damage, more than his arts cards by 10% and less than his buster cards by 40%) and that would stack multiplicatively with his crit damage up skill. his attack * quick damage modifier * crit damage modifier should ideally do more damage than his attack * crit damage modifier

I currently have (and slowly accending) Memderson and Billy, but I stil kinda can't get gimmick after this setup. Yes, crits are nice, but how will you defend your team?
You can put it on him if you have units that absorbs stars equal or better than him. For example, if you have a rider on your team with Billy, then the rider will likely absorb more stars than him.

Where did you get all those grails? as far as I know, there has been only 7 grails so far, 6 from the story and 1 from Da vinci event. You used a lot to ascend Billy and Hans.
There were other events that gave out grails. The total out is 8 for NA. They gave one out during the Halloween event. The rest are story. I use multiple accounts, the Hans is a support and my other account.
The wonderful machine called an "Emulator" Where DW realized it actually made them more money having it allowed. Don't take it down if you're reading this devs.
