How did you need to use command seal? I went with ultimate arts team, tamamo, vlad, waver, with nero bride, medea lily, and Jeanne in the back line but they didn’t even need to come out.

Should I grail Billy or Chloe ? I want to grail chloe because of that art np but I doubt she'll do more damage than billy
Chloe is the better grail choice if you dont have any supports that can help Billy or a way to generate stars
