I am just curious.. If she is a Nurse....How does she approve for Affordable Housing? Because it is according to the income.
NY housing has a housing lottery system. Since she is a nurse, she is considered first responder which qualifies for the program. Additionally, the money that was made during the pandemic is gone...the first responders are not making 6 figures anylonger Since the crisis has returned to " new normal"...the lottery income is capped at 125k
