They have to cut the woman open if they hope to save the baby; this could very easily kill the woman - in the past, it meant certain death. A baby has severe defects. He/she will have to spend their entire life on life support, unable to move, see, speak, hear - unable to be a human. A woman can't support herself, let alone a baby - she's barely scraping by as is and couldn't possibly take time off of work; her place of business doesn't offer maternity leave. There's a litany of reasons - legitimate reasons - why women get abortions. And that would still imply, that a significant amount of voters vote with the idea, that they could be wrong and bet on the redo in 4 years. Which I highly doubt. Not only do I not see people making votes they consider potentially wrong - most people will vote for what they think is best. The term-length wouldn't influence that. And looking at lifetime appointments presidents can make, it doesn't feel like voters really care about that either.

And that would still imply, that a significant amount of voters vote with the idea, that they could be wrong and bet on the redo in 4 years. Which I highly doubt. Not only do I not see people making votes they consider potentially wrong - most people will vote for what they think is best. The term-length wouldn't influence that. And looking at lifetime appointments presidents can make, it doesn't feel like voters really care about that either.

It is funny when the main criminal that was acquitted by a corrupt judge, names all his aides in crime.
An acquittal in a criminal case means that the prosecution failed to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. It does not represent a finding that the defendant (accused) is innocent. An acquittal occurs in a criminal trial when a defendant is found not guilty by a judge or jury. He's acquitted for non removal from office BUT doesn't mean he's innocent.
And he's flashing the paper that he is acquitted. They need to write it in the news papers and explain it on the media outlets.

I believe she did kill her, she lied and changed her story several times, a cadaver dog also picked up the scent of a dead body from the trunk of her car, she changed her story for the last time to her daughter drowning and covering it up, also manufactured stories to paint herself as the victim for sympathy. Why would you cover up an accidental drowning if it was an accident and put tape on your child's mouth? Since Caylee's body was so badly decomposed when they found her the cause of death could not be determined but there was no reason for the use of duct tape found on the child's mouth. She had a great defense team and some very forgiving jurors, either way she will still have to answer for what she did.
This is why the verdict of "Not Proven" as seen it Scottish courts would be an improvement; "Not Guilty" is on it's face a fraudulent phrase; it actually does mean "not proven".

If the House managers had in fact made no case, and there was no good reason to vote to remove Trump, then had Romney voted to convict he could fairly be said to be siding with the Democrats. But they did make their case, and all the defense arguments were either lies or legal nonsense.
Well no, it's not the same to me at all... "siding" with Dems against the GOP would have made him an "unprincipled party traitor", so to speak, whereas it's precisely being principled that made him step away from his party's shady stance and vote along with the Dems. He did not "betray" anybody by being just and impartial ; the didn't not "side" with his opponents against his own, he simply happened to be in the same boat.
