3:54 it's trellised drainage pattern since rivers are flowing at right angles

If you look closely, you will observe that only one stream is at 90° but the other streams in the same grid square are joined in branch shape (not 90°)
Only if all the streams in a particular grid square are joined at 90° then only it will be said as trellised.
