Try doing that while the case is plugged in. It's most probably due to poor contact with the charging pins. Try holding it down with your finger and keeping constant pressure.

Yes. But there is a drawback that I have noticed. When the charging is completed earbuds automatically turn on and connect to your smartphone if the Bluetooth is on. If they have no device to connect to then they automatically turn off saving battery.

Yes you can put them into the case to turn off.
They automatically starts to charge so they turn off.

First click forgot any i12 tws
Then connect the right earphone to the phone and then turn on the left earphone
