that is unfortunate, my only advise is to pull harder. Otherwise, you could try heating up the case with a hairdryer, and then pulling out the earpiece. good luck

I’ve only used mine a few times. When I first got them they lasted long enough for what I needed them for so I never found out the full duration. But yes, for some reason the left lasts longer than the right. I took them off the charger and the case said ~80% (idk why it never fully charges) and the earbuds said ~90% (same thing - idk why they don’t fully charge). About 20 minutes later the right earbud died. Very disappointing.
Okay as i browse through the comments and as i noticed with mine, there are 2 questions that were never answered well. 1. While connected to the charger are the case and the earphones charged simultaneously? So after 2 hours both the case and the earphones are charged to a hundred percent? 2. Let’s say we already charged the case and the earphones for two hours, so it should also have a playtime of two hours, now say we used up the two hour playtime of the earphones so we plugged it back to the case and pressed the button on the back of the case now it’s flashing a blue light, say it indicate that it’s charging but how do you fix it when it only charge for like 20 min. Then the flashing dies down what should we do next then? For sure it’s not fully charged. It’s all too puzzling. The instructions only have basic stuff on it. I don’t even do chinese so i’ll never know if what’s written in english is the same on the chinese side, if so then those are just basic stuff the buds have.which means it doesn’t say any fix at all. Now, anyone from the channel would care to enlighten us, sure it’s cheap and all the good stuff the buds have but now we have legitimate questions with no clear answers. Hope someone would clear these things so we’d all live happily ever after.
@@ariettaleryndale5153 Yep, i got it in a fine condition. The lid was a little loose though but when i used it thw earbuds are perfectly fine. It sometimes cuts off but it rarely happens. Before putting it in your ear i recommend pairing the buds first then put it in your ear because of the flashes. Once paired the flash will stop

@@ariettaleryndale5153 Yep, i got it in a fine condition. The lid was a little loose though but when i used it thw earbuds are perfectly fine. It sometimes cuts off but it rarely happens. Before putting it in your ear i recommend pairing the buds first then put it in your ear because of the flashes. Once paired the flash will stop
How to know if the charging case is full battery?
Just waiting for my new pair to charge them try them out.i tried another brand and they just kept falling out of my ears were as these are a much better fit.i hope they are good quality sound.i appreciate your videos as the tiny little manual doesn't explain how to charge or connect clearly.
How do I know if the buds are charging if the case has no light and the buds have been sitting in the case for two days but the case battery is at 100 persent
TitanGoji 1954 mine also.I have inpods 12s .no button.Its stated there,it will automatically charge when u put the buds inside the case..Yet its been 1 hour my buds still stay 86%.
Someone told me that in the beginning they can stand for 3 hours but after using them for some time like a month or so the airpods will only stand for 30 minutes even if they're fully charged.. Anyone can confirm ?
Yes same problem and I don't understand when I start charging it red light in bottom of case is blinking
Mine is brand-spankin' new. But it only lasts for 50 minutes.
