They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

that is unfortunate, my only advise is to pull harder. Otherwise, you could try heating up the case with a hairdryer, and then pulling out the earpiece. good luck

@@ariettaleryndale5153 Yep, i got it in a fine condition. The lid was a little loose though but when i used it thw earbuds are perfectly fine. It sometimes cuts off but it rarely happens. Before putting it in your ear i recommend pairing the buds first then put it in your ear because of the flashes. Once paired the flash will stop

I’ve only used mine a few times. When I first got them they lasted long enough for what I needed them for so I never found out the full duration. But yes, for some reason the left lasts longer than the right. I took them off the charger and the case said ~80% (idk why it never fully charges) and the earbuds said ~90% (same thing - idk why they don’t fully charge). About 20 minutes later the right earbud died. Very disappointing.

Turn off ur bluetooth on ur phone. Once youve done that hold the power button on both earphones and once the light turns on wait until only one of the earphone lights r on. Once youve done that connect them to ur phone and try it again.
Thanks for telling me how to switch songs. The ones I bought told me to touch the side for two seconds to switch songs, and I was getting super frustrated that it just kept pulling up Google.
For anyone wondering. To turn them off, tap and hold the sides of the AirPods and keep your finger on it until it says power off

My i12 TWS right earbud dies within 1 hour whereas the left lasts 3 hours, what could be this problem? I've only had them for 2 weeks

okay so i just received mine, just making sure, i took them out of the case and tried to pair them- it showed up on my Bluetooth but was not able to pair.
im now charging the case and there is a red light flashing and both the airpods lights are red. that's good right? so when it's done it will show a blue colour?
Do I charge the case and pods at the same time or I just charge the case and then just put the pods inside the case when Low Battery? And how do I know that it's fully charge? Some people say that It will display on the device that it's connected to ,but when I put the pods inside the case, it automatically disconnects
My lightning cable (from the box and my own) won't go in the case fully... PLEASE HELP!

Bit of a silly question how do you get the case to charge the AirPods I get one use out of them then don’t know how to activate that case charging when I’m out and about not with the cable
the case should charge the airpods automatically? when you place the airpods back in, a red ring should come up around the airpods to show they are charging
I got a pair of i12 on ebay, but the box does not have the little green light, it only shows blue or red led when I press the button. I assume blue means it's pretty much charged, and red pretty much empty, but I can't figure out precisely ...

TitanGoji 1954 mine also.I have inpods 12s .no button.Its stated there,it will automatically charge when u put the buds inside the case..Yet its been 1 hour my buds still stay 86%.

Turn off ur bluetooth on ur phone. Once youve done that hold the power button on both earphones and once the light turns on wait until only one of the earphone lights r on. Once youve done that connect them to ur phone and try it again.
Thanks for telling me how to switch songs. The ones I bought told me to touch the side for two seconds to switch songs, and I was getting super frustrated that it just kept pulling up Google.
