28th no dare program no cops in schools because all they're teaching the kids is they have to comply and they don't. Replace the program with your ideas. Teach them Terry versus Ohio. We need you in the school system it's an emergency that you bring this up

You can also make a kid's Constitution book. So they can understand what those big words mean! There has nothing to do with drug use nothing it has to do with resetting these children's mind. And there has been many of resets you know that
