Reminded me of the time a friend and I went to a Thai restaurant and when asked how hot I wanted it, I automatically said "10!" but I backed down to "7" when my friend said "fool, this stuff is really hot!". It went hot (really hot) going in...and, as expected, was hot going out! Double the pain.
@@JAB671 Maybe the Indian restaurants I've been to have not had the hottest cuisine, because I've never had that happen with Indian cuisine as well. Only had this happen in this Thai restaurant (and a 7 was very, very hot: both going in...and coming out). I can usually tolerate "hot" cuisines (Mexican, Indian) but that one Thai restaurant really tested my limit. I have not been able to try Sri Lankan cuisine, which supposedly is also quite hot.
@@cutlerylover I've nibbled on a Trinidad Scorpion with not too much trouble, but eating an entire Ghost pepper (bhut jolokia, naga jolokia) gave me stomach ache (guessing a chemical gastritis). I've spiced some food with Dave's Insanity Sauce and even hotter sauces without too much trouble, but swallowing without food i have not yet tried (and probably will not try).
I haven't gotten around to trying it, yet but I bought a can of the Campbell's Ghost Pepper Chicken Noodle at my local Walmart so some stores do have it in some areas. I am in East Tennessee. You might want to try Prigresso Spicy Chicken Tortilla soup. They have a regular version but I am talking about the version that says 'spicy' on the label. It won't set your hair on fire but has a respectable spicy note, IMO. Unlike the microwave cups of the regular version it doesn't come with tortilla strips. I recommend picking up a bag of tortilla strips where the salad toppings are on the shelf and topping the soup with those - it really enhances the flavor profile.
My wife and I grow Ghost Peppers, Maruga Scorpions and Carolina Reapers. I make a sauce every year that will kill most men. I only dab a little on but my wife drowns her food in it. I'm interested in trying this if we can get our hands on some but I bet my wife still adds hot sauce to it!
You can actually take that rotisserie chicken, eat most of the meat and then use the bones/fatty bits and skin to make an incredible stock. It’s like 2 meals in one.
I shall have to keep my eye open for this. Hopefully it pops up in the UK (not checked). I do love the taste of ghost peppers, although I could do with a little less heat in them.
I first heard about ghost peppers from your video years back. At the time, Habanero and gross pepper extracts were the only game in town. This sounds good though; I'll have to check it out.
Just a note...soup was great, but I did get the fiery sh!ts that night, LMAO be warned...

I never seem to have the 'hot going out' experience even when I go to an Indian restaurant and order my food 'Indian hot'. Lucky, I guess.
@@JAB671 for me it tends to only be if I have extracts or if I eat fresh superhot peppers...

I love these videos would have never known these products existed otherwise
Thanks for sharing brother, I love flaming hot, and I love soup ❤
I'm impressed! I gotta find some around here.

nice, i like when companies take a risk and do spicy food :)
I have some chunky spicy Jambalaya soups
The ultimate cold/flu soup
Its hot and in a good way. I buy one can every time i make a purchase on amazon.
Sounds good, I may have to try some.

Omg, I gottta try this
Was good. Was not too hot (not as hot as I expected and, unlike actual ghost peppers, was tolerable). Thanks for review.
Dude this is really good if you have a cold, ,i love to put carolina reaper sauce in soups when i get a cold. :)
I’ll look for it.
Walmart carries this in stock
Campbell's can of whoop a$$. 😂
Clever
Am I alone in enjoying ready to eat, canned soup at room temperature?
I usually crack some black pepper and add sriracha into my chicken noodle soup……
For me it has some heat , but the ghost pepper does not tast good .... I will not be adding this to my diet
It was hot but it didnt taste good. Wicked thai style is better, in my opinion.
It gave me hiccups. I had to eat half then the rest later. It would be delicious at half the heat.
Processed crap, Jeff, please get on track with eating !
(That’s a small table spoon
you should make your own
Might be nice if you were sick and needed to clear out your sinuses. Probably would be eating chicken noodle soup sick anyway.
Processed chicken 🤮
