Nice track, I just got one of these crawlers, 3D printed some 10mm extensions for the front and back, seems like they do a little better with a little longer wheel base
It's been awhile since I built this truck but I did upgrade the portals to metal gears. As far as making it wider I used injora 1.0 deep dish wagon wheels and the tires are rc4wd scramblers. These wheels will give you more width and more stable stance!! Thanks for the comment!!
Yes they are brass portal outer covers, I got lucky and they had a set, they was out of stock at first but I kept checking every day waiting for them now
@@ethantibbetts8017 The tires are rc4wd scramblers. Most 1.0 rims will fit without hitting the portals (barely fit) but I used deep dish rims and they have plenty of clearance.

The only RW&B one I’ve seen is an SCX24 that comes with a bunch of mods already installed, but maybe I just haven’t seen anything about it yet. 🤷♂️

What size rims and tires?
rims are 1.0, the writing on the tires says 20/80 (20mm wide, 80mm tall) the writing is so small I had to use a magnifying glass,lol
