I wanted to change the picture and name of casts into the name and pictures of the speakers, but when I changed it and slid show, Suzy is still appearing and not the picture I inserted. Hi there! Thank you for using the template. In order to change the picture, first open the selection pane and select the image then delete it. And paste your desired picture and set the arrangement to the back. You can refer this timestamp of setting arrangement to the back (5:40).

Originally the template contains more than 50 slides, it takes a lot of slides especially in animating the intro and the ending part. And due to a lot of slides, which I may not be considered a template already, I compressed the animations into one slide (such as the Introduction and the Ending part) to make it simpler. Hi there! Thanks for watching the video. I record the presentation by applying the Timings that can be found under the SlideShow Tab. I record the timings from the beginning. Then after I recorded, I Save As the file into video format, .mp4 (.mov). For more info, you can search it in the internet. Thank you. 😊 😊

Hi there! Thanks for watching the video. To edit the timings, you need to clear all the timings first. To remove timings on the presentation, steps are listed below:
➡ Go to the "Slide Show Tab"
➡ Under the slide show tab, select the drop down arrow of Record Slide Show, located in
➡ Then select "Clear"
➡ Select "Clear Timings on All Slides"
(Based on Microsoft PowerPoint 2010)
And go to the Slide Show Tab, select the drop down arrow, then select record timings from the beginning.

>In editing the wordings in arrows, here's the steps:
1. Go to the any slide with arrows.
2. Copy the arrows in that slide then paste it into new slide.
3. Rotate the arrows in in horizontal view.
4. Ungroup the two arrows (make sure you remember the arrows group)
5. Create new word art. Type your designated text.
6. Copy the created new word art and paste it as picture.
7. Replace the "text picture (S. T. A. R. T.)" with the new created word art in picture format.
8. Adjust the picture to be fit in each arrows.
9. Then regroup it again with it's designated group (as it mention in step 4)
10. Go to the slide where you copied the arrows.
11. By using of Animation Painter, copy the animation of the arrows and paste it to edited arrows in the new slide.
12. Adjust the arrow's rotation same as the copied arrow.
13. Paste the edited arrow in the copied original arrow.
14. Open the animation pane and Adjust the animations of the pasted objects. Set it below of the original arrow's animations.
15. Then delete the original arrow. And there you have it, it's done.
I hope you understand steps. I try my best to explain it but it's too complicated to edit if your not familiar in Microsoft PowerPoint.

how many slides did it take to do this?
Hi there! Thanks for watching the video. The template contains total of 38 Slides (including the hidden slides such as Raw and Guide Slides). Originally the template contains more than 50 slides, it takes a lot of slides especially in animating the intro and the ending part. And due to a lot of slides, which I may not be considered a template already, I compressed the animations into one slide (such as the Introduction and the Ending part) to make it simpler.

Hi there! Unfortunately you can't edit the text in the arrows because the text was in picture format.
But if you insist to edit it, I'll give you the process.
1. Go to the any slide with arrows.

Hi there! You can use the slide guide section in editing the content. Use this timestamp (5:25) as your guide in editing the content. To copy the objects, select all the the objects and deselect the slide guide as it shown on video. Then right click any selected object then copy and paste to the blank slide. The process is on the video. 😊
